Had my Nissan Juke in at Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton for a recall software update. Laurence called me the day before to manage my expectations on timing, which was great proactive service.

I decided to wait in the showroom—the Wi-Fi was reliable for working remotely, and the new coffee machine serves a fantastic Americano! The job was done in just over an hour, including a full health check, and Laurence kept me posted every step of the way. Friendly, professional staff and a seamless 5-star experience throughout.

The experience was good, very helpful indeed, no issues. I’ve always been coming to the dealership for any service or MOT etc. had no issues. They look after you and on the odd chance get a good price on the workmanship.
I like that they keep you in the loop of any work to be done and send you a YouTube video of the car showing what the issues are prior carrying out the work.

The staff are polite and helpful and willing to assist when ever you need support.

I had my car MOT tested. Instead of waiting I did some shopping. I received a call from Chris telling me my car had passed and was ready for collection. He also informed me about the need to pay via Bumper. This annoyed me as I this was the first I had heard of Bumper. When I returned, Chris asked if I had seen the email he had sent with the link to Bumper. As I had been shopping I had not had the opportunity to do so. I opened the email and used the link in it to pay via Bumper. However, my attempts – there were 2 or 3 – failed. Chris then took my payment via a card reader. So, as far as paying for the MOT is concerned, my experience this morning was very poor. I don't understand what benefit there is supposed to be in paying via Bumper rather than via a card reader. For the customer the latter is quick and simple. In contrast, trying to pay via Bumper cost me several minutes and, in the end, considerable stress, annoyance and frustration. I am now considering going to another Nissan dealer in the future, although that would be inconvenient. Indeed, although I was interested in buying the new Leaf, I now wonder whether to buy a similar EV of another brand.

Took car for 2nd service whilst I waited and excellent service from staff and lovely waiting area with free drinks.
Got service plan from Nissan and takes stress out of big bills.

My car had mot and service and was done within the time restraints I had that day. Laurence was very professional keeping me updated and then fully explaining the services and going forward services brayleys provided. All wise ensuring this was done within the time window I had.
