Very disappointed
Very disappointed! I am very disappointed with my booking experience through Breakfree. I paid a deposit for my holiday in France, their confirmation email stated the correct dates, but I was shocked to find the dates were later changed by Eurocamp which is operating the holiday for them. Despite this, Eurocamp still tried to charge me cancellation fees, which is completely unfair. After lots of back and forth hassle, I was assured that my deposit would be refunded, yet I am still waiting for the money to be returned after 10 days.
Communication has been frustrating as there's no direct phone number on their website, and I was only able to use the message box. More importantly, a holiday booking service should not hold on to customers’ money after failing to provide the agreed service. I won’t be booking through Breakfree again and would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting them with your deposit!

Almost impossible to find how to book through a mobile phone. I spend half an hour to book but no chance. I keep receiving adverts and same subscription recommendations.
