Breakfree Holidays took our money and gave us a booking reference but there was no holiday, no offer of an alternative accommodation and no refund to pay for somewhere else. Breakfree didnt even tell us about the reservation mistake we had to find out for our selves. They did absolutely nothing to help us find an alternative accommodation and despite being promised an 'emergancy' refund they never sent it.

Site was really easy to use only had to pay a little deposit and holiday booked really quickly. Would be better if could make payments as of when I wanted up until the due date though.

I rang up as I was having difficulty completing my booking.I was told by a male member of staff it could be a hitch in the system,he would look into it and get back to me.
One and half hours later still heard nothing and I was panicking as it said on line only 1 left of our chosen caravan,so I rang up again and spoke to a female member of staff who put me on hold while she spoke to the gentleman in question.
She then told me that the gentleman in question was just about to ring me !!!!
I was told that no monies had left my account ,nothing could be done via telephone and I had to try again.
I was not happy that I was under the impression that my issue was being dealt with and apparently in my view it wasn't.

I did eventually try again later and managed to secure our few day's break.

Easy booking no trouble or difficulties. Looking forward to it see you soon

So easy to do, im not very good on computer but this was so easy thanku.

Always makes booking a holiday a stress free experience.

Booking with Breakfree for a holiday at Parkdean.

The breakfree team have been great to assist my needs within this holiday. I had to amend my booking with them, Hannah was great and very helpful and very easy to talk too☺️

Following a booking mistake by myself (2026 rather than 2025) "Chris" advised me how to rebook afresh and then arranged a rebate for the faulty booking for 2026.

On the spur of the moment decided to have break; heard on the news about an upcoming mini- heatwave, so contacted you and got a 4- night break at just £129. Great stuff

We arrived at Robin hood site and went to the caravan to find that it wasn’t as clean has we expected the double bedroom door was broken the sink in the toilet was missing the plug leaving a big screw showing . Then we was charged £12 for children’s passes when they should of been £8 and then informed that they activities ie swimming the site locomotive was closed or broken

Customer service team absolutely great, really attentive and helped me find what I was looking for.

I’ve used Breakfree over the years through Daily Mail holidays besides other offers. I always find their pricing up to date with all the park operators. Also the website makes it easy to navigate between all the different parks available from multiple operators. The website has improved loads over the years and is well presented and easy to navigate. My advice would be to check through Breakfree first before going direct.
