Staff member I spoke to (Hannah) was so helpful when i was having trouble booking she was so patient with a confused elderly lady me.

Excellent service, I needed to amend a booking and the gentleman was mega helpful on the phone.

This was my first time booking with breakfree holidays and it certainly will not be the last, I found it very easy

My husband had emergency back surgery in Turkey on 7th October. He is unable to walk or sit for long and as the driver we are unable to get to the park today. However neither Parkdean or Breakfree are willing to postpone or refund holiday.

Easy to book, no issues.

Only 3 stars as my partner tried to hook from her iPhone 12 mini and despite trying 4 times it wouldn’t let her book so I’ve had to do it from my phone instead.

Everything overall ,accomodation,location,staff, food is hit and miss sadly

The caravan was full of spiders which hadn’t been swept away, one of the beds had grass in it, there was a sock under the beds, we had to stay in it as it was getting late, next morning I was going to make the breakfast the cutlery and plates were dirty, we booked for 3 nights but only stayed one which was a shame as it was a treat for the children, on the plus the amenities were okay

Caravan was awful. Very run down and no comfort at all. Bathroom was the worst, dampness on walls very run down shower and disgusting toilet.
Very bad entrance to caravan door…….tripped twice and fell on uneven slabs

I originally needed to cancel a booking due to illness but the staff at Breakfree went above and beyond to secure a change, at very short notice, to a closer park so we didn't have so far to travel. I am really impressed with the service and consideration shown to us.
