I purchased a pocket watch for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary after 10months it stopped working, I contacted Brelsen 3 times before I received a response telling me that the guarantee is only 6months! Had I been aware of this I wouldn’t have purchased it as I wanted it to be a reminder of our anniversary! I must say that the guarantee period should be better advertised. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from Breslin.

The onyx black double hunter I recieved is brilliant, a masterpiece, and worth more than I paid, especially when the customer service is considered. As an international customer, I assumed having gold watch show up instead of the onyx finish would be a headache. Not so! Brelsen sent out the correct watch right away and told me to keep the one shipped in error. I've rarely been this happy with a product and service combined.

In this day and age of unscrupulous venders hawking useless items all over the internet, it is great to do business with quality companies like Brelsen whom commit themselves to integrity.

Cheap Chinese watch at triple the price. They’ll only refund your purchase 14 days from date of delivery. Mine lasted almost exactly one month and just stopped. Do not purchase. Just burn your money and save yourself the shipping wait.

I purchased the Gun Metal Analog Quartz Pocket Watch for my son's 18th Birthday. The watch is as described, and even more beautiful in person. He's going to love it.

On September 6th 2024 I purchased a Brelsen Demi mechanical watch bronze open face. I was initially pleased with this purchase it kept good time and came to hand comfortably. However I did notice that there was no makers name on the watch and for something
hand made by them [see advertising] rather strange, also it came with no warranty. The watch stopped working in April 2025 so I used their "contact us" on line asking for help. No response at all in spite of 3 attempts. I have since discovered Trustpilot and see that I am not alone. Please be advised, do not buy from them get it from Temu or similiar at a tenth of the cost.

As soon as I saw this pocket watch I knew it was the perfect gift for my son as a wedding present.
He fell in loved with it straight away and will wear it on his special day. Fast prompt service and would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Ordered a Brelsen pocket watch first of April. Got an email on the 3rd of month staying a label was being made. Got another email stating watch is on it's way Supposed to be coming from Flushing NY. Of course there is no name of the company supposed to be shipping out the watch. It is now The 11th of April and no watch has arrived and I can't contact anyone except by email as there is no phone number. I have sent 3 emails asking where my watch is with no answer at all. I Just get a auto email stating someone would be getting back to me and no one ever does. I thing this is not a real company and I think I have lost my money. So Now I am telling everyone not to purchase anything from this on line watch company as there seems to be no company

Initially I was sent a pocket watch 'To my son, love dad' ... Only thing is nowhere is the "love dad" in any of the pictures, options or description for the product and being that this was a gift from my mum, this was kind of a problem. They did eventually send a new watch out after multiple emails chasing response and updates. Fortunately this time the pocket watch didn't have the inscription on it. ABSOLUTELY ZERO explanation where this came from as its literally not an option on their website.

Later found the EXACT Model with the same inscription on temu for £2.29. A bitter pill after spending 40 and multiple emails just to receive the product you actually ordered.

Don't be misled as I was into thinking you are buying from a British quality pocket watch seller. This is cheap Chinese crap with a pretty website.

The hunter pocketed watch that I bought just over two months ago stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Having read some reviews about poor after sales service I was dubious about getting any redress. However, after providing a couple of short videos showing the problem, I have today received a replacement. Many thanks to Brelsen for a happy, stress free outcome!
