I chose a beautifully crafted, original and slightly sporty watch, which is definately a head turner; not only is it a stunning black chrome design, perfectly framed by the Nayo strap - importantly to me, it is British designed and manufactured, by a brilliant team, who Clearly take pride in everything they do - finally, the sales team, led by Christine Borg-Mirza, are second to none, I am beyond happy with the selection and the service I have received !

The launch of the Bremont Supernova Chronograph at their manufacturing and technology centre was a wonderful evening. Not just a chance to get hands on the watch itself (ahead of receiving my own order), but a great presentation explaining the back story to why and how the watch will go to the moon, and stay there! It was also a chance to meet others and members of staff, who are so clearly and rightly proud to work for Bremont.

I have since received my Supernova and and could not be more delighted with it. Innovation, quality and service of the highest order.

A visit to the Bremont Wing facility is defiantly a must for fans of British Watch manufacturing, its very unusual to have such open access to a high end watch manufactory. The facility and the people are excellent and I cant wait until my next opportunity to visit.

Bremont is the best watch company I have ever dealt with. Had some issues with registering my watch and joining Club Bremont. They worked diligently until the issue was resolved. It took a while but all along were very apologetic about the situation, keeping me well informed with everything that was going on. What a great company. I look forward to purchasing from them again. The quality of there watches is second to none and what a great Customer Service and IT department they have. Everyone has been very helpful and wonderful to deal with.

Bremont Customer Service team are always fantastic! On this occasion i dealt with Harry Brandman who answered my query via web portal and spent his time finding info to point me in the Direction of Mia Roullier who resolved my query successfully in super fast time and was able to link my watch to my Bremont Safecase. This is not the first time i have had fantastic dealings either as i have previously asked questions about bracelets and spring bars all that were answered superbly and provided me with complimentary spring bars to help fit my watch, thanks to all the Bremont Customer Servicing Team!

Anything connected with Bremont is superlative and this was no exception

Whilst disappointed that my new Bremont strap didn’t last more than 5 months, the customer service experience of sending me a replacement with no quibble was first class, as you’d expect from a quality company!

Just to add to Deborahs complaint and as a long time Bremont and watch fan, I hope you read this. I was going to leave a 5* review on my brand new Bremont MB but this needs addressing. Watch companies owe you nothing in regard to the value of a watch on resale, they are in the watchmaking business not financial advisors. Not only that would you then contact Apple if you invest £1000 into it and lose £500 and ask for the 500 back? How entitled are you to expect a company to essentially give you a full refund for a used watch years old?

Bremont are lucky to secure a one star rating.

I purchased a Bremont Jaguar watch from Goldsmiths in 2023 at a cost of £5,995 as an investment from my pension fund.

Due to ill health, I have tried to sell the watch and at best have been offered £1,850. I understand the value of luxury watches can go up and down, but when compared to other brands, Bremont has significantly devalued.

I have approached Bremont for an increased offer, but they have come back with a standard ‘they can’t guarantee the resell value of their watches’.

Based on this, I recommend that you DO NOT buy a Bremont watch unless you are happy to lose thousands of pounds.

Best to stay away from this brand.

Excellent service on my time piece when I had to send in for repair under warranty period. The service team was helpful and kept me informed during the process. The watch was returned to me in like new condition. I was truly impressed with the service. Special thanks to Mariam A. Ahmed - Customer Care Coordinator who was really the key to making me feel appreciated as a customer. Look forward to my next purchase of a Bremont time piece.

Having emailed Bremont three times asking for process for returning my military watch for warranty repair, I simply am at a loss to understand why there is absolutley no response.

Just returned from collecting a new watch from the Bremont Boutique in Bicester. I have to say that the folks there are brilliant! I do love a "well-made" and well designed watch and Bremont always tick the box for me, but this time it was for my wife... the team could not have been more welcoming, kind and attentive; they really do love their brand and is shows in their care and knowledge of the watches. Can't really recommend a visit enough!

I bought a Bremont supermarine jet series watch in 2022 with the DLC coating. Initially it was supplied with a rubber strap but I upgraded it with a matching metal DLC coated strap. The watch is promoted as very durable and hard wearing. The reality however is that the DLC coating is far from hard wearing and over time the coating wears off and exposes the bare metal underneath. Mine shows considerable wear on the bracelet, clasp and bezel so I returned it to Bremont. Their answer is that the relevant parts need to be replaced as its not possible to repair the coating. Needless to say this is at considerable cost. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement and hopefully my review serves as a warning to others to avoid their watches with this coating which is far from hard wearing and once used will then inevitably require major components to be replaced if you want to preserve the original look.

Mia was prompt, polite and super helpful. I was surprised - very pleasantly - by the speed and ease of my interaction. This is how service should be! Fantastic.

The customer service was outstanding. Personal and prompt, with Vallen dealing with my concerns with empathy and professionalism. Once handed over to the service center I was kept informed at every key stage and sent tracking info for a safe return. Thanks esp to Scott who was my point of contact during this stage. BZ Bremont!

The attention to detail and the friendliness of all of the Bremont staff that I spoke to in person and via email, Gemma from HQ and Michael and Ryan at the Manchester Boutique was second to none.

The Bremont team is incredibly professional and responsive, and made my entire experience a straightforward and easy. As for my new watch, I couldn't be more pleased with my blue dialed Terra Nova with stainless bracelet. The British craftsmanship is evident from first touch and my watch feels both elegant and rugged, and I expect it to be worn daily and keep up with my active lifestyle. This watch is a keeper and will stay in my family for life.

I own a couple of Bremont, original logo , timepieces. their watches are amazing. Very high quality and visually appealing as well. What further sets them apart from most of their competition is the absolute best customer service i have seen from a watch manufacturer. I have had contact with them on a couple of occasion seeking their help, from both The Wing and the NY Boutique. I have been very pleased with the help provided from their team, and most my recent interaction with The Wing was handled by Mia. She was prompt, she was professional and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Such a pleasure to interact with. I give them 5 stars all the way !!
