Bremont handled my recent watch service extraordinarily well, from start to finish they made me feel like their number one customer. The work was performed perfectly, and my beloved Bremont came back to me sparkling clean.

Cannot fault the level of service from Erin and the Bremont team who helped me with my recent Military special project purchase. They made it extremely easy with regards to the purchase process and the subsequent delivery once the watch was ready (which in this case was to an overseas BFPO address). The watch arrived in super quick time and was very well packaged and protected, with full tracking available throughout the delivery period (including the BFPO part). I even got a surprise free Bremont logo T-shirt, which was nice!

I purchased my Supermarine S301 directly from Bremont back in June 2020. It arrived very smartly and extravagantly packaged, in black boxes complete with a leather travelling pouch. So far, so good. I was very pleased with the watch and wore it daily.
During Christmas 2021 the numbered black dial on the rotating bezel fell off. I contacted Bremont Service Centre and the watch was returned for warranty repair at the start of January 2022. Following a number of chasing emails, the watch was returned to me some 6 weeks later in mid February.
I was told there was insufficient adhesive. everything was fine until August 2022 when exactly the same thing happened. The watch was again returned for warranty repair. Again after numerous emails the watch was returned to me some 7 weeks later at the beginning of October. At the end of May this year I noticed that the luminous dot on the hour marker of the rotating bezel had fallen off. Yet again the watch was returned for warranty repair. Yet again after numerous emails and a great deal of patience, I was informed on the 4th July that the watch was with Quality Control and would be returned in approximately one week. I am still waiting and it has now been nearly ten weeks!! The moral is, if you purchase a watch from Bremont and it works well, then you are fortunate, however, if you purchase one that develops a fault, then God help you!!

Our experience at the Mayfair Boutique has always been nothing short of amazing. Our last visit was no different. Called by to pick up a Vulcan, and the whole process was managed incredibly professionally by Rudy and the team.
They are perfect ambassadors for the brand, always helpful and welcoming without ever making you feel pressured to buy. Having said that, this is our fifth! And we will be back, we would not go anywhere else. As far as the customer is concerned the service they provide cannot be bettered.

I have several friends who are avid watch collectors. When they heard I would be in London, they encouraged me to visit the Bremont boutique and consider getting a nice watch to commemorate several notable recent life events. From the moment my family and I stepped into the boutique, I could tell I was in for a treat. Rudy Karakand, the manager of the boutique, exuded a low key, expert, confidence-inspiring manner. I never once felt embarrassed at not being a watch connoisseur. Rudy poured me and one of my daughters a glass of delicious British sparkling wine and set about walking us through the collection, the history of the brand, the notable features of particular watches, and generally taking a patient and very positive approach with no sales pressure whatsoever. I left the store armed with a brochure, a headful of information, and an inkling of which watch or two might suit me. I returned to the boutique several days later intending to make a purchase. Rudy remembered my name and the name of all of my family. He seemed sincerely happy to see me and once again was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. We compared several candidate watches side-by-side and I zeroed in on the one I thought would be best. (A Supermarine S302 diver's watch with GMT function.) Rudy brought out the selection of bracelets and straps that would work, sized the bracelet for me, showed me in detail how to remove and replace the various straps, and in all ways, made sure I was comfortable with what for me was a big, meaningful purchase. As someone with British parents and dual US/UK-citizenship, the opportunity to buy a British-made watch in the brand's London flagship store was a special treat and is now part of the story behind the watch. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the brand and with Rudy and I am proud to now be a Bremont customer and fan.

My wife surprised me with a Audley timepiece - she noted I had been eyeing up for some time. Rudy was on hand and provided a complete walk though of the options and of my watch and overall provided an experience equal to the calibre of the product.

The Audley is just sublime. Elegant without being overstated, with its in house H1 movement it is an excellent - and to date rather rare - example of true British modern watchmaking. It does get noticed (if that is your thing) but not being overstated it doesn't draw unwanted attention. If you are after something a little less "dress watch" the Fury, which also sports the in house movement, would be a great option.

Unfortunately I wager one may not be enough and I already have my eye on a MB or something similar. Don't know what I'll tell the wife though...

The tour of the factory is really fascinating. Tom, who hosted us, is one of the most knowledgeable people both on the brand but mechanical watches and is incredibly engaging. Would firmly recommend if you have more than a passing interest.

I had an issue with the strap on my Boeing 247 GMT beginning to tear in a few places. I reached out to Bremont via the online chat and they put me in touch with Jay Mehta in New York. Mr. Mehta is the definition of professionalism in customer service. This was the second issue I have had with my timepiece (the first time it had to be sent off to Bremont for repair), but both times the people that helped me along the way were fantastic, and I could not be happier with the help I received from Mr. Mehta.

Bought the Bremont wr22 Williams watch which was a beautiful time piece looked to be crafted well until on week after owning it and wearing twice a screw fell out and jammed the watch up. Took the watch back to the retailer I bought it from which was shocked and we agreed for it to be repaired a month later no response so I phoned the retailer to ask for an update which I was told Bremont would look at the watch and it maybe 2-4 weeks for the repair. This got my back up a little after taking just under £6000 of me and it falls within a week it nearly take you two months to repair? I now have cancelled my order with the retailer and received a refund my advise is stick to a better known brand which make a watch to last and have better customer service.

While on a whirlwind one day trip to NYC I made a point to visit the Bremont boutique. I own one of their watches but procured it online and missed the experience. Was greeted by an extremely helpful Stephanie that helped me with some items for my Supermarine S500 Bamford and was just blown away by how much she knew about the brand story. She showed my some amazing pieces and I will return to add to my collection. It is refreshing to shop a brand that genuinely cares to engage the customer. I felt so welcome and appreciated. Seriously, make it a point to visit the Madison Ave NYC Boutique.

Can’t say enough great things about the Bremont Boutique store in NYC. Had them size my S302 bracelet for me. Very welcoming, friendly, and professional staff. You can tell they genuinely care, feels like you are part of the family. Give them (Stephanie and Adam) a visit next time you are in NY.
