Bremont has been terrifically supportive throughout the process of purchasing my watch. An IT issue at work prevented my making payment with their initial invoice, and they responded immediately and cheerfully to my request for a new invoice. A trip abroad conflicted with my delivery date and again, they responded promptly and warmly with confirmation of the delay. When I received my watch, the unboxing of it elevated the entire experience, and I am thrilled to be wearing a timepiece made specifically for me. To the staff at Bremont, I can only offer my deepest thanks and a hearty well done!

The evening was great as an event, I am very thankful for the invitation, however it was specific members of the Bremont team's recognition that I was a serious buyer and that I had genuine interest in purchasing another Bremont watch that made the difference.

I had been following a particular Bremont watch. I registered to follow the Bremont brand, owning 2 watches already. At the time, Stephanie Oligan reached out to me. When I decided to acquire the watch, Stephanie assisted me by email and by phone. She was very helpful and kept me apprised at all times. I am looking forward to having the watch delivered tomorrow.

I purchased two watches from Bremont in the past few years. My point of contact was Stephanie Oligan. I made the purchases over the phone with her. Stephanie was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product line. Today I happened to be in New York and I thought I would stop by in hopes I would see Stephanie. Fortunately, I happened to walk in while see was working. Stephanie showed me several watches. We talked about each watch at length while sipping espresso prepared by her. She made me feel like I could stay all day and talk about your product. By the end of my visit she helped me replace my aging watch band and helped me decide what my next watch purchase will be. The watch is fantastic and exceeds expectations - design, workmanship and quality feel are super. The buying experience from the Bremont Boutique in New York was really first class. Stephanie has inpressive product knowledge and followed uo immediately with all aspects of the purchase process. This is very important to buyer of watch at this price levelwith product sight unseen.

As a wristwatch enthusiast I spend a fair amount of my free time browsing wristwatch boutiques & outlets. My recent (and inaugural) visit to BREMONT in St Ann’s Square, Manchester was particularly noteworthy for all the right reasons. It began with a warm greeting and a true tolerance to ‘no obligation’ browsing. Coffee was offered & accepted and all-in-all it was an experience to be repeated. I recommend this Bremont boutique to anyone but especially to those with a connection to, or a heritage of, military service.

The customer service provided by Jonathon was next to none. I initially enquired as I was trying to find a perfect gift for my dads 50th and was looking into their armed services time pieces as a serving member himself. Jonathon was able to provide timely and intricate information on their watches to help me determine the perfect time piece for dad! Not only was he an asset to procuring the perfect time piece, he continued to provide outstanding customer support by securly storing the time piece on my behalf until it was a more appropriate time to ship, the shipping process itself, providing the option for dad to call him once recieved for care isntructions and just generally checking in with an invested interest with me! In addition to the above, Bremonts dedication and interest in Australian military service was inspiring and comforting. I look forward to the day I may purchase one of the time pieces myself and hope to be served by Jonathon again!

The boutique experience was fantastic. Stephanie was so helpful from start to finish as my girlfriend and I bought timepieces (myself an S302 and she the Solo AJ-34) . We had been wanting these for a while and are so glad we decided to purchase them in NYC at the boutique! We visited on my birthday and it was such a fun memory to go along with our purchases. My watch wasn’t available since one had been sold the week prior. But when I received it, the packaging was beautiful and it was such a treat to unbox a few days later! Bremont is such a unique brand and I’m so happy to finally own one of their timepieces! Definitely recommend!

I contacted Bremont about a minor issue with a strap on my ep120, which was manufactured in 2009 they have replaced this with no charge to me even though I was not the original purchaser this was done without any quibbling and was not expected as I was happy to pay for the replacement.The handling of this by Allison in customer service was immediate, friendly and professional,this is fabulous after sales service from a British family run company,well done to her and the team.

Whenever I'm in NYC, I prioritize a stop to the Bremont Boutique on Madison Ave. It has become a pilgrimage to see the latest in Bremont watches. Jay Mehta has been helping me for years to find the perfect watch and the NYC boutique provides a very warm and welcoming environment.

I had an issue with my leather strap - replacement agreed with no fuss - just sorted!
