My cooker went wrong a few days before having family over to stay. Luckily the people at Britannic saved the day and were able to replace it within 24 hours- I am so glad I was covered.

I was surprised at how speedy my new machine arrived. From reporting your fault I had a new machine installed 2 days later. Would definitely recommend on that basis.

Excellent service
Excellent service, had my washing machine covered with them, had a brake down, it was dealt with straight away, had a new washing machine ordered within the hour and on its way.
