My cooker went wrong a few days before having family over to stay. Luckily the people at Britannic saved the day and were able to replace it within 24 hours- I am so glad I was covered.

fantastic service
fantastic service, was sceptical at first but they delivered!! Had an engineer within 24 hours of reporting a fault. Always had all previous notes to hand and informed the engineer of my disabilities so they could cater around it! Thank you!

Friendly and attentive staff

Switched to britannic a few months ago now and i’m ecstatic with their service they provide!
My washing machine broke down and even with it being old they provided the best service and i had a new machine within 4 days!
