This was the first time I have ordered made to measure curtains online and I could not be more pleased, reassured and impressed. From placing the initial order to receiving my curtains, I was kept updated about each step by email (ordering the material, making the curtains, shipping). My made to measure curtains (with the premium upgrade) and 4 matching cushions took just under 3 weeks to arrive. Everything was packed beautifully, and finished to a high standard. The hems and finishing are great (including weights in the bottom corners as you'd hope for). I could not be more impressed with the service and the price. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Excellent.

I purchased two Roman blinds from this company in 2018. They were beautifully made and I was a very happy customer. Thee years on one of the chains broke so I contacted them again for help. Chris could not have been more helpful and the following day I received a new chain with emailed fitting instructions. Couldn’t be more satisfied and will always use British Made Interiors in the future.

Reasonable comms, great product, prompt delivery.

After a terrible experience with a competitor, I was dubious about ordering curtains online again. However, having read so many positive reviews about this company, I decided to give them a chance.

Post purchase comms were timely and they even called me to check I hadn't made an error with my orders (as there was some duplication). No error had been made but I appreciated them taking the time to check.

I asked for an estimated delivery date and all 3 of my orders arrived by that day, well packaged.

The curtains are really well made.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, in particular, Danny. The finished product was of the highest standard and I am totally thrilled with it. I totally recommend them for a superb all round experience and will definitely be using them again.

The quality of the products I bought (curtains and cushions) are excellent.
Communication was great from day 1.

They sent me a curtain without the blackout the first time by mistake and when I reported it, they apologised and sent a new item almost immediately with some extra cushions for the inconvenience.

Will totally buy more products of them if needed and totally recommend to anyone.

This is my first time using this company and I am so glad I did. The sewing team again fabulous, great quality, looked better than I imagined. Very pleased with bedroom curtains which arrived this week, well made, interlining gives a luxury feel. They did take a little longer than expected due to Covid outbreak at their premises but emails were all answered on the same day. I am about to place another order with them with no hesitation.

I am so pleased with my curtains and blinds . I had quotation from two more shops for same curtains and the difference was around £700 . I was a bit worried as this was online but I am very happy and will recommend to everyone.

I have recently received my custom made curtains with which I am delighted. I would not hesitate to recommend BMI to anyone. Initially I ordered several samples which were promptly sent. I then realised that my initial idea was not right and ordered more samples which again arrived promptly. Having the samples in the room enabled the right choice to be made eventually. Decision made the curtains were ordered, made and dispatched within the specified 28 days. All contact made with the company was responded to and dealt with very efficiently. I now have two sets of beautifully made curtains to my lounge windows and french doors.

I am delighted with my pinch pleated full length curtains. I was nervous buying something bespoke online but I love the fabric and they are well made. They look fabulous and luxurious and were easy to hang, I didn’t expect them to come with hooks already sew in. They were packed nicely and had been pressed beautifully before shipping.

I am absolutely delighted with my curtains.
