Created a care package for a friend sick with Covid and it arrived quickly and she loved everything in it! Great gift!

I purchased a 'Build a Box' as a present for my partner. He is so delighted with his tailormade box. And the service itself exceeded my own expectations. From the quality of the goods, box presentation, handwriiten card, and being updated with an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation so that I knew the progress of the order... I just cannot recommend them enough. I wish I could give them a million stars. Thank you so very much to the team! You made my partner and I very happy!!!

I specifically asked for 3 packages not to be delivered one package a day 3 days in a row. All arrived on day 1 together. I paid 3 delivery fees, one for each day. i had a reason for the 3 days delivery. Annoying.

I selected items to build my own box, as a birthday gift. Everything was presented beautifully and the postcard was hand written very neatly. Sadly a pen was missed out of the box, but I notified them by email and a new pen and apology gift was sent through immediately. Brilliant customer service and I highly recommend. Recipient was really pleased with contents.
