Website was easy to use even on my phone. Good communication of my order via email of the confirmation and invoice and the shipping was as expected and came when it said it would.

Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me with the gift. The products are ethical and that was very important to me.

Helen and team have helped organise a rather large shipment of boxes to our team at work to lift people's spirits. Helen was a pleasure to work with, responsive and attentive to our needs - and very patient with us when things took a while (because of us!). We customised the boxes and could pick each item inside individually.

Delivery was brilliant as well, 95% of the shipment making it to the 60+ recipients the next day after shipping! For those not delivered on the first day it got delivered the day after - and Dan messaged me to make sure I could track the last few packages.

Overall I'm very happy with Helen and team with the whole process from start to finish. Very grateful and day made for 60+ people. Amazing work and thank you! Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I used Brown Paper Packages but won't be the last! One of our close friends lives in Portugal. She has 4 young children and her husband is critically ill with COVID in hospital. We have felt so far away and helpless. We sent her a self care package and the kids lots of fun activities to distracr them during this difficult time. We have received so many wonderful pictures of them opening their gifts. The company bundled the packages for us to reduce the shipping costs and even paid the import tax for her! What a remarkable company! Thank you for helping us to be there for our friend!
