This is my second experience with this company. Battery was exactly what we needed for our suction unit in our rescue rig. Was suprised they actually had it. Not a typical battery you would find in any store. Battery was perfect, pricing was great and shipping was right on time. Would not hesitate to order from here again.

the item i purchased online was supposed to be gold peak batteries for my remote start 12 volt 27 amp batteries,after waiting a week for them to be delivered to my house the batteries i received were duracell, o well my remote now works, but that is false advertisement and i will never purchase from this company again!!!!

They simply kept saying that they would verify the order until, a month and several emails later, I was told that the supplier would have the battery only in December! This was in August!
then I ordered from BatteryMart.com and got my battery in less than a week (I'm in Canada).
Remember, buy cheaper, get cheaper service...

When the mall didn't have the watch battery I needed, I gave Budget Batteries a quick call and they were able to find the right one. I got it several days later. Knowledgable, error-free service. Perfect!

Budget batteries seems to always have what I'm looking for and at a good price. Recently had an issue on an order (I ordered the wrong thing). They emailed me and I was able to call them and get it fixed. I appreciate a company that I can *communicate* with - this is rare in the "Internet age".

Pretty simple. They did what they said, for the cost quoted, and delivered on the order as planned. What more would one want!

web site was easy, correct info on batterys, ordering was easy...shipped out and received in a few days.....COST was 1/5th of what radio shack wanted....and I needed 2 of them....thanks agan...Trapp

I have used this companay twice, and found them to be very reliable. They carry a large inventory, so my products were shipped the day after ordering and I received them via the US Post office 3 days later. I was able to track the shipment on line via information sent to me via email from Budget Batteries. The batteries ordered this time cost $8.49 while shipping was $4.99. The shipping cost seems a little steep, but for convenience it may be worth it - depending on the cost of the item.

Product supplier website and ordering was simple. Very reasonable price. Received the correct product in a very expedient shipping manner.

paid thru Paypal as asked. Then got email wanting more money to ship in addition to what paid already. Cancelled order but so far no refund. Having to file complaint with Paypal.
