I got my batteries about a week after ordering them but it was the wrong batteries. I ordered 27a batteries and got m29. Had to Jerryrig my remote to work with wrong battery.

Item arrived within a few days, even with economy shipping. Best price. Works fine.

ordered product, paid for product on their invoice, then got an email demanding additional money. Not very professional. No product or refund received.

I can't, in all conscience, give Budgetbatteries a higher rating than 2 stars on my latest purchase. For the first time, I received a lighter weight version of the UPS batteries I ordered, and they also did not have F2 terminals as they should. The sales rep said I could return them, but that they didn't have anything better. He blamed the lighter weight on a "possible production change at Rhino." I didn't buy the batteries from Rhino. Nuff said.

I have an older model cordless phone that needed a new battery...they had the exact replacement for it and had it to me with free shipping within a few days. Now it works great again. Thanks!

Battery came before expected date. Was the correct one and operates as intended. I had battery in less than a week.

I haven't received the motorcycle battery that I ordered over a week ago. I know that it hasn't shipped yet because my account still hasn't been charged which means the order hasn't been processed. I'm cancelling the order through my bank on Monday. Made a mistake ordering through this company.

This was a very easy site to find an equivalent battery at a great price. I literally saved over 1/2 what I was about to pay to Panasonic before I found Budgetbatteries.com

After ordering and being charged I didn't hear anything from BudgetBatteries before I sent them an e-mail asking where my stuff was about a week and a half later. They claimed to have sent an e-mail about the shipment earlier, but since that is the only e-mail from them that I didn't receive I just don't believe it!
Otherwise their service and prices are good.

I placed my order early on a Saturday morning, and received it on the following Tuesday. Very prompt service.

Purchased two CSB battery replacements for my UPS and some AA batteries to bring the order over 50 bucks for the free shipping. The CSB batteries arrived within two days after shipment via UPS. And the AA batteries were shipped via USPS and arrived at the end of the week. Excellent service. Will shop again in the future.

I have purchased from Budgetbatteries twice and have been pleased with their service and follow up each step of the way. whenever I need speciality batteries, i will purchase from Budget batteries.

I've purchased batteries 2 times from Budgetbatteries and both times, the items were delivered as promised. The price was better than I could find local and almost half priced. The deliver time was fast, shipping well handled. I'm very pleased and each purchase was perfect as to what I expected, and the batteries were exatly the right ones based on the model, item numbers listed. Thank you for helping me fix up my Mom's home chair as well as her scooter. I'm very happy and will be back when I need more! Great job!

I still have not heard back or received a credit for order yhst-62067710474514-22250. Plus, I sent multiple emails before receiving a response.

i received my battery promptly, but have had issue with it starting my pwc. Abe said he would get me a replacement asap. Good service so far, i just want my bike to start. :)

Budget Batteries.com was awful. They are owned by a Troy Houtman, Budget Batteries USA, Inc. 639 E Ocean Avenue, Suite 101
Boynton Beach, FL but list a phony address for the corporation on their web site, trying to evade detection. I purchased a $61 personal watercraft (jet-ski) battery. They said is was "shipped" on that date, then started accessing my credit card. I called the next day and asked for a UPS tracking number, and they said they would "call me back". They never did. I called and e-mailed several times, and no one returned the voice mail or e-mail messages. Their chat line was conveniently abandoned. Nothing. As a Florida resident I finally called the FL Attorney General. After I filed a complaint, I finally got a call from a stranger telling me they had phone problems, the internet problems - one excuse after another for leaving me hanging. If I were to have been an out of state resident, I am convinced I would never have received the battery. I ran in to one other complaint from a customer who said they paid and never received the merchandise.

This company is a scam artist, and has a terrible reputation for service and purchase follow up.

I had a good experience with Budgetbatteries before and returned a few years latter to buy more batteries for my UPS. Their online chat was quick and in "3D" pretty cool! The time it took to get my batteries was also quick. There had even been an issue with the quantity and when I notified them they where even quicker to get the rest of my order. Communications is key and they are quick to respond and get you the information you need on the batteries you need for a great price! I will continue to do my battery bussiness with them!
