The service has been lacking with putting incorrect addresses and shipping to wrong locations. I only have 2 addresses I ship to in AZ and ID. This last one went to CA, not sure how or why but the rep who took the order over the phone put the address in. I also had signs shipped to ID and the rep ended up sending them to AZ. I understand mistakes get made but it seems like it happens more regularly than not. The reps did make it right but it is frustrating to say the least. And the plastic hardware kits are not very good quality especially if there is wind. I have had multiple clips break that I don't feel should break that easy.

Order was delayed with no notification given. When I called they were unable to give am updated delivery date

The quality and vivid colors on the sign were exactly what I wanted. It was very easy to create the sign on-line and get it ordered. My order came quickly.

Received the signs late in the day thatthey were needed. Opened the box and could not believe the poor quality. Shocked you would ship them as you did!

Streaks and blobs of black ink on almost every sign. Very disappointed

The person I talked to listen to what I wanted as my sign very helpful did what I asked for and I actually could understand her I believe her name was Chantel Because of her I will use your company again Terry Korton

First I have say my signs came out exactly they way I wanted.
I uploaded my logo and worked with a very kind & helpful customer service representative. From start to finish is was a very good experience. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a custom license plate through their website. The license plate came in with the image shrunken vertically. I contacted customer support about the misprint, and back-and-forth emailing led to a design proposal where the image was stretched vertically instead.

Either the company's design program is not working properly; or the art team is unable to interpret image proportionality and neglects to perform quality assurance checks before they draft their proposals or print their customers' custom designs. I did not attempt a reprint because both their software and personnel are artistically incompetent.

2 stars because at least they apologized and honored a refund.

The items arrived quickly, and just as I ordered them.

Horrible experience. I will NEVER use this company again. My product was never received and the customer service team was unhelpful and not knowledgeable
