Burley Hollywell stove
I have had a Burley Hollywell wood stove for a number of years now.
I have had lots of stoves over the years and none as good as this unit.
As with any stove its very important that you burn dry wood only if you do this and your chimney is correct with a good draw etc then this stove is unbeatable.
The large glass door is amazing its a real feature.
You can see the flames dancing.
Most important is the heat output and after sales.
The heat output is quick and heats my cottage completely.
I sometimes think I got the incorrect size as its that good so be careful what size you order.
Next time I'll order the size below if needed - and it will definitely be a Burley - built here in the UK that was very important to me ( even if I am Irish )
However the size was on me as all the other stoves I have had promised so much but never really delivered .
I was wrong with this one it over performs amazing .
The after sales support is outstanding with the team and Chris at Burley always there to help and Jack at Stoves and Solor as the spare parts company amazing.
He goes above and beyond.
To add I have not been asked to leave this review from anyone.
Also I'm that confident about the stove your welcome to phone me for my full opinion.
Phone Chris at Burley I am more then happy for him/them to pass on my number.
I note some people might have different experiences but I'm sure if the wood is correct ( dry ) and the chimney also set up correctly you can't beat them.

Great to be able to talk to a real human being who knew what they were talking about, rather than having to deal with a bot or someone in a call centre who didn't know the product. Very helpful and gave me exactly the help I needed.

We spoke to Chris Astley-Stone at Burley in Oakham, he was so knowledgeable, nice to talk to and very helpful despite being at near closing time on a Friday.
The support he provided was fantastic and we began using the burner so much more efficiently. He sent us all the information via email including a supplier for spares.

Had an issue with high CO emissions, engineer condemned flueless gas fire.
Contacted your Chris and he was very helpful in putting the engineer right, 👍
Fire has now been passed and we'll be using it tonight.
