Purchased the Legend ripped coal fire set. Delivery was very quick. Our gas fire is quite old now but these coals fitted it exactly as the last set. Fire looks brand new again and a lot smarter with a better flame effect.

Not totally Legends fault
Not totally Legends fault, but after taking delivery of the order, part of it was broken as it had obviously been dropped during transit.
There was no information on the packaging stating the contents were fragile as suggested there should be, by customer service.
I have been assured a replacement item is being sent but there is no confirmation of this in writing. Shall wait and see if it arrives shortly.

We’re sorry to hear the item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, we use third-party courier services to ensure parts are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, and while rare, transit damage can occasionally occur. Over the past 20+ years we’ve tried multiple packaging methods and “fragile” markings, but frustratingly these do not always prevent mishandling during transit.
As discussed, a replacement has already been arranged and will be dispatched from our stock as quickly as possible. We always aim to resolve situations like this promptly to minimise disruption.
If written confirmation was required, we would of course have been happy to provide this on request, just let us know.
We hope the swift resolution reflects the level of service we aim to provide and would appreciate you reconsidering your review once the replacement has arrived.

Fantastic Service!
Fantastic service and brilliant fire to make a statement in our garden. So much care was taken to deliver, put it together and then take time to go over all the things you need to know and keep it in good condition.
Its always nice to meet really lovely people and clearly they care about what they do.

The replacement coals arrived on time. Each piece individually wrapped, so that there was no damage. Ordering the product online, was very easy.

Not a fast service
I ordered the parts for the fire last Monday 23/2/26, the money has been taken from my bank but the parts haven’t arrived to date1/3/26 . This survey is the only correspondence I have received since ordering, I will have to make enquiries if it doesn’t arrive soon, a poor service considering I can order a part for a boiler from Newcastle at 4:30 & it arrives next day with no shipping charge

Excellent service theoughout
Phoned to order replacement coals and received really helpful advice from lady answering the phone. She was very knowledgable and reassuring in our choice. We placed the order and received the parcel in a very short space of time.

Replied to my e-mail very quickly giving advice on what we asked. Followed up with a phone call as we had a concern about the parts . Very helpful lady dealt with call. Confirmation by e-mail arrived concerning order and parcel arrived speedily. Good service all round.
