the products and customer service were fantastic, my only complaint was the lead time on the order. Took a bit over three months to receive the product.

Great Customer Service - Bins are lighter that expected
Upon delivery we noticed the barrels had been stacked and a few squished. I let customer service know about the issue and said I would let them know if they regained their shape after sitting in the heat. Before I could share that information, they ordered new ones to replace them. WOW! That never happens. Customer Service is a 10 our of 5 stars.
The only reason for a four star rating is that the bins themselves are relatively light for use outside and tip fairly easily. We are going to strap ours down - a relatively easy fix but something to be aware of if you are planning to use them in a park setting.

We apologize that the Renegade bins were lighter than anticipated for the setting that you are placing them. Strapping them down or placing a weight inside the container should solve this for you and the containers will continue to function as required for waste diversion.

Great customer service and products!
Our experience with Busch Systems has been great. The customization options work well to incorporate into our existing recycling programs. With such a wide variety of products there is truly something for every space/application. We get tons of compliments on our Busch waste stations from visitors to our spaces. The customer service is amazing (we are lucky to have Michelle as our sales rep!).

Excellent product that has been manufactured with precision and to the highest quality and design aesthetic.
The sales staff at Busch were extremely helpful in guiding me to the right product for our needs and they always responded in a timely and courteous manner.
I would give them 5 stars, but we had a delivery miscommunication that got resolved in the end.

Great product and service
Great product and service. Only downfall was the delivery. Our products were found the day after a statutory holiday in an unsecure location without notice of its drop off. Given the investment, someone should consult with delivery services to discuss how they could have done better. Thanks.
