the products and customer service were fantastic, my only complaint was the lead time on the order. Took a bit over three months to receive the product.

knowledgeable and lightning fast
Rebecca is very helpful with all her product knowledge. She does everything extremely well but one of the most important tasks that she does best is her speed in which she can provide us freight rates to complete our quotes. We buy from approx. 10 suppliers and Rebecka gives us the best and fastest service in this regard. Great job Rebecka please do not retire anytime soon!

Great quality bins and low-waste, recyclable packaging
Great quality bins, excellent customer service. The 28-qt bins nest well without getting stuck together. the 23-gallon bins have cardboard inserts to keep them from getting stuck together when stacking. Packaging is minimal AND entirely cardboard, so there's no styrofoam or non-recyclable plastic waste. Well done!

Streamlining our waste with Busch Systems!
Diane was kind enough to follow up on our purchase and I'm happy to share my feedback: The product met our expectations and has helped us to streamline our hazardous waste – yes, we’ve been using the bins on our satellite areas to separate the different streams. The colors are a big part of the visual system, but the “open” concept of the bins helps identify the accumulation level. We love it.

damaged unit
We had a damaged unit and were happy that it was replaced, BUT not happy that Busch didn't cover the new labor that we were charged by the Network Dealer
to receive & deliver the new unit.

Busch takes our high quality standards very seriously, and our Sales Manager looked into these circumstances personally. The units in question were initially shipped to & held at a warehouse location, and were then shipped from the warehouse to the final location. The damage was discovered & reported at the containers' end destination - after the warranty period had ended.
We hope the complimentary replacement containers are meeting your expectations.

We purchased the side by side recycle and trash containers. I think it worked well having similar containers next to each other. They just seemed to work well together.
