After repeated invitations to upgrade my tv software I did so and I now cannot use any streaming services. I think that is possibly following Apples example trying to nforce me to buy another tv for christmas.

Bought this awful vacuum from Argos, is impossible to use and Argos doing everything to block it's return, I will never buy Bush again

will definitely not be buying any of their products again!! awful!! and argos support is useless to with these products, they should be ashamed for selling them!

I got this 9kg Bush washing machine in July 2023 and less than 18 months, the concrete block cracked and the machine has to be dumped. Buyers beware!

Never buy a Bush oven. It might be cheaper than a more expensive brand but it's not worth the hassle extra money to keep it going. So make sure you don't buy from them. After only having a bush oven for a couple of years the element went. Customer care was a complete joke. They wanted us to hire an inspector to come to our house to inspect it and show evidence there's a fault with the oven and wanted us to pay an inspector to prove to them for evidence so they could conclude if its their fault and faulty product(which it obviously is faulty as the oven was not old) . We didnt. We bought an element ourselves and put it in. Simce thwn which was a few years ago. We have had to buy a new element every year because theyre is obviously a fault with thwir substandard ovens. Again today it just broke and we cant use the oven for dinner. The warranty on the oven was 8 years. Its not even 8 years old and we had had to replace the element several times. We are now left with an non working oven again until we fork out our own money and replace the element again and wait for it to de delivered. AVOID bush products at all costs. They're customer service is disgusting also. They have literally swindled us and we have got no after care even with warranty. Not one element replaced from them or anyone on their pay roll called out to us. AWFUL company and ovens.

Bought a bush washing machine and the door will not open. It’s still in warranty but what it is it’s got a defect on the washing machine. If you turn it off before the door clicks you can’t open the door. You have got to go through another cycle for it to open unbelievable what a load of crap the bush washing machines are avoid

Bush electronics are using false advertising for their tvs i purchased what i believed and was advertised as a 40 inch tv .Got it home it measures 35 inch. Phoned their support I now know that they measure diagonally which im sure the vast majority of us woman did not know raging they are allowed to use the words 40 inch tv

I bought a Bush fridge freezer and it was not cheap but it stopped working about 5 years later! Also bought a Bush electric cooker because it was cheap in Argos, but It looked very worn after two years! All the metal surface washed away as did the numbers and markers on the dials! It was all rusted and the ceramic glass bit were also burned and ruined! It was unable to restore. Gas hobs are much easier too look after! Do not buy Bush because you will be very disappointed! My Cooker lasted about 7 years and it looks worn and sad! Cookers bought back in the 70 till 90 years were so much better. They lasted forever!

Washing machine 1 year 3 months old, 3 months outside warranty and machine has stopped work. Bush customer service are useless no help at all and rude. Can’t get through to their repair line at all keeps telling me to phone their new number. That’s the number I’m phoning. Would never buy another bush product again

When crew up all ways used have bush TV the one I got now is rubbish wish I never got it . Horrible tally.no button s on it so your baggage with out it .never buy another one

Bought a BUSH VL32HDLED-D tv in 2021 and it has been nothing but hassle since, its now consigned to a spare room. You need a telescopic sight on the remote to make sure it is pointing EXACTLY at the sensor, if it slightly off takes ages for channel to change and eventually locks up, it is good for my fitness as I am constantly getting up to switch off at the wall so it will reset. If you leave it on STANDBY for any length of time has a tendency not to switch back ON (red light does not change to blue) power off and it has gone from digital input to SCART and dumped some of the channels. This requires DIGITAL to be selected from the menu and a retune, I have just done this for the umpteenth time, which has initiated this review.
Unless you are into indoor fitness DO NOT BOTHER with this tv.

Bush tv absolutely useless, keeps freezing. Sometimes I'm still trying to turn it on 10 mins later as doesn't seem to want to work. Not worth money

Their washing machines are TERRIBLE, it got louder and louder and then only washed cold, then 2 weeks EXACTLY after the 1 year warranty it broke. I called the company that fixes washing machines and they told me bush washing machines brake down more than any other and eurtronics said they don't sell them cos they break all the time. I'm going for a different make. Getting delivered today. Paying ten quid for them to destroy the bush flawed washing machine

I am an pensioner and have just bought a tumble dryer that was low in cost, l do not think that bush has thought about their design. I gave to bend down on the floor to clean the filter every time l use it after each load, that is hard as l have back problems.
I would not recommend this item at all. It's the black one TD3CNBWW, TD3CNBB. I now have to buy another one which l can't afford.

I was with my daughter when she needed to report a fault on a bush tumble dryer. The lady on the other end virtually asked her to fix the dryer herself. When the reset button didn't work, the lady asked for photographs of the serial number where the dryer was in the garage, and the whole of the garage. When my daughter said she wasn't in a position to do that straight away (she was not well) the bush 'lady' HUNG UP !!!! Disgraceful.

Dangerous Bush Argos Cooker and Customer Service

I purchased a cooker from Argos, and to my shock, the glass door exploded while I was using it. Glass shards went flying across my kitchen, and I suffered a cut to my arm. This could have caused even more serious injuries or started a fire, as hot embers also flew out when the glass shattered.

When I contacted Argos to report this dangerous incident, I expected urgency and professionalism. Instead, I was met with unbelievably poor customer service. The product safety manager I spoke to, named Shantel, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the danger I had faced, she tried to gaslight me by claiming the glass explosion was a 'safety feature.' A safety feature that sends glass and embers flying? Ridiculous. She even refused to apologize, saying it wasn't a big deal since I wasn’t blinded, and my dog wasn’t in the room to be injured.

This entire experience has been extremely distressing, both because of the dangerous product and the lack of care from Argos. I expect basic safety in appliances, and I certainly expect better customer service when I report a hazardous product. I’ve requested the recording of the call with Shantel and will be escalating this to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

Argos, this is completely unacceptable. No one should have to deal with exploding appliances and unprofessional behavior from your product safety team.

Have portable dvd player but no instruction manual. Nothing to be found on Bush product support for the particular model. Phoning gets me in contact with someone who has little knowledge. Dreadful product support.

Couldnt run my HDMI2 well it could but the remote wouldnt work and some times i cant even use and looks old bc i have old one and it sucks but i look a new it looks like old but just lil bit better and ever thing sucks and says 'smart TV' more like dumb TV

Worst technical support!! Got a bush electric hob - hot plate model. The light went off and whenever I turn on the hob, put it on maximum heat it trips of my whole house electricity and one of the hot plate is not working. I called the repair team to arrange for engineer to visit, they want the serial number of the appliance. Crap!! I removed the hob to look for the serial number, it was all burnt. They do not arrange for an engineer to check the issue without appliance serial number. They want me to check on the box of the appliance. I got it 6 months back and they still expect me to have the appliance box just for the serial number!!!

Do not buy bush smart TV this is second one I've bought that has lasted 12 months, disgusting customer service as well.literally put the phone down on.Reported to trading standards
