I bought Bush washing machine, it worked fine for 2 months and started making unusually huge noise. To my surprise, its with bearings and needs replacing. It is a 3rd party service support (Pacifica) and they are terrible customer service - booked service and cancelled 3 times in a row after long wait (2-3 weeks) each time. with reasons like, parts arrived broken/ delay in parts/ didn't find parking :(

I bought a bush washing machine from Argos and it worked perfectly fine for about a week or two and then one day I went in to check on the washing and the washing machine had stopped spinning and the cycle was still on spin and the washing machine was still locked so I couldn’t get my clothes out. I had to restart the cycle all over again for the washing machine cycle to actually end and unlock for me to get my clean clothes out.

I purchased a bush washing machine. The machine was 6 months old and in use at the time when I was alerted by my smoke alarms and discovered my kitchen, livingroom and hall full of electrical smoke. I contacted argos and they forwarded my call to bush. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment for a specialist to investigate why this had happened. Bush contacted me by email to say that there was not an engineer in my area available but they were sending me a replacement and a different model. At the time I was happy with this solution. This was until today when my new machine was delivered. The delivery men who delivered my new machine were also taking the old one away. They asked me what had happened to it and I explained briefly about the smoke and near electrical fire. They told me that mine was the 8th or 9th machine that they had collected over the past few months with the same problem, smoke pouring from the back. I was informed over the phone when agreeing to new machine that the old one was not in stock. I have just checked and this is not correct. This model is still being sold and clearly unsafe. Only had the dryer 8 months and the heater packed up finally got a contact number once they found out the dryer was outside in a full insulated building they said i'm not covered robbing gits

I purchased a BUSH washer in December. The first washer was faulty and was returned. A second washer was delivered and was even more faulty than the first. Terrible service, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER!!!!

I have had a Bush washing machine approximately 2 years and four months. I purchased this from Argos in August 2021 and the machine has worked fine until recently it began to trip the circuit box and remains neutral. I can't say it has been used for heavy use, for myself and occasionally my partner calls around. I got it at a discounted price of £189. I'm reading the reviews to compare with other users as it has stop working suddenly. The last time I washed anything in the machine it didn't show any signs to indicate there was a fault. I want to summarise the best option to buy a new machine, or have it seen to buy an expert. After reading the the reviews I think I will buy new as it may cost more long term. I can't recommend Bush and I don't have any appliances made buy them. I will know in future. it has been short lived compared to washing machine expectations.

Bush tumbledryer stopped 3 weeks after guarantee ran out, informed Argos and Bush where do I stand, no Joy, so paid for a electrician to call, told motor had failed, and would cost £100 to supply and fit, so ordered a Hotpoint from Argos, lets hope this tumble dryer works for more than a year, the model was a DHB7VTDW &Kg, the electricians verdict was, a load of junk, and not worth replacing,

Tumble Dryer DHB7VTDW. Takes ages to dry clothes. Knots bedding sheets up like a cigar so they are tightly packed and have no chance of drying Only couple of months old but considering buying a new one. Would not recommend.

Bought a 65 4k TV 3 months old it decided to make a loud popping noise and will not come back on ! As it's under warranty thought ok no problem was told it couldn't be fixed and it would be replaced, still waiting a week later for a replacement I'll just watch the wall shall I

Bought a bush cordless vac, untill the battry needed changing, bought a new battery, they had made one part impossible to remove with out damaging cercuit board, up yours bush never again will i buy a product from you,or any product you are associated with

This has been dragging on for months....My sister bought this TV from Argos and within a couple of months had gifted it to us as she was moving back to the mainland, we live on the \Isle of Wight. Very quickly we found that the TV was losing channels from Freeview. I called the help line, we did an over the air software upgrade, which helped for a short while, but soon it was losing channels again and we had to re scan each time we turned it on. We were given an engineers code, and talked through some settings that are not on the menu, we had software sent out on a memory stick, that didn't work, we had more software sent out, it changed the appearance of the menus and we stopped losing channels, but the sound was not synced to the picture. The helpline said there was no further help available as it was out of warranty and needed a physical repair which would be chargeable, but they sent out more software, sound is now synced but we are back to losing channels and having to rescan for channels each time we turn it on. It is obviously a software fault, there is a flaw on the programming and I would argue that the TV is not fit for purpose, but by the time it manifests itself, it will be out of warranty. The set is about 2 years old and is now going to be scrapped, what a waste and not environmentally friendly. The team themselves are OK to deal with, but the product is not worth considering.

My daughter's old small size WHITE KNIGHT dryer went to join the choir invisible .
Being a absolute bloody legend of a dad I bought her a new one .
The Bush model TD3CNBW
And promptly thought begger else about it .
Over the next twelve months when visiting couldn't help but notice the use of radiators as drying lines .
Still no alarm bells rang .
Now , fast forward to over the 12 months guarantee when my daughter asked me to stay over .
Being the bloody hero I am chucked a load in the dryer .
40 minutes later went to get it out ...still damp .
Cleaned filters made sure it hadn't tripped 40 minutes later still not dry ?????
Turns out that this was the norm for this dryer .
Basically it has all the drying capabilities of an asthmatic dog , in another room , in a completely different house .
Turns out my daughter loves me so much she didn't want me to feel bad .
Love however don't dry your undies .

Nowhere near as good as the white knight was waste of money and electric

I purchased a washing machine 1 year and 1 week ago its had already needed quite a bit of repair work 2 days after the warranty (5 months since major repairs) ran out it broke again I was quoted almost £100 just for them to look without parts and labour. Poor service, extremely expensive. The most unreliable purchase iv ever made

What a waste of money, utter rubbish,it takes nearly two hours to dry a couple of towels,had a white knight drier before this and in going to cut my losses and dump this drier and go back and buy a decent one,the bush is 6 months old and heading for the tip I can dry clothes quicker with a dehumidifier

I bought a tv in October 2022 and it’s been used 10 times but screen has broken internally. But because over 12 months they won’t help. Poor quality item.

Rubbish, my less than a year old drier started making a whirling noise from the drum. Bush said they would not repair it as it was situated in my cellar and the cold has affected it, what a load of rubbish. I have had various driers in same spot for over 20 years and never affected by cold. Also said issue as it was next to my chest freezer, funnily enough the freezer isnt even plugged in!!! Give Argos credit they refunded me the full price, however I foolishly ordered another bush before reading these reviews. Rubbish

We bought a washing machine from bush it only lasted 3 months and broke! Bush don't care about there customers or trying to help them, anyone that is selling there products needs to get rid, so innocent customers don't get scammed anymore

We replaced our Hotpoint tumble dryer, that we had used for over 27 years, a couple of weeks ago for a Bush 7kg t/d. We had had a bush washing machine previously, not brilliant but it did the job for the time we had it so we plumped for this t/d.
The downside to this machine is there is no upside. It is much bigger than the old t/d, the filters are on the inside of the drum making cleaning difficult as I have to get down on my hands and knees and yank the filter loose using gloves as I find the vent shroud sharp just using bare hands. To say my Hotpoint was 27 years old it was still far superior to this one as it's hose came out of the door so lint cleaning was done by simply wiping around the door and it was much lighter than this one and it was on castors plus it's venting hose was a lot sturdier, I will be very surprised if this hose lasts six months. It appears this Bush t/d is going to be a lot of hard work.
I've noticed looking through these reviews Bush don't seem to be replying to any of them, that's always a bad sign in my book.
