Brought a Bush washing matchine which is ment to be a 8g, drum has gone already i Brought it april last year 2023.still in warranty i have called engineer out no ne has turned up, 3 times this has happend. Looks like I am going have to buy a new one. Do not buy from Bush absolutely disgusting.

Bought a fridge freezer early September from Argos. Unknown to me the thermostat did not work. Full fridge and freezer load had to be thrown away. Contacted Argos. Engineer came out. Thermostat (on a brand new appliance?!). He ordered a new part. On the day could not fit it as new part was damaged. Had to contact Argos and not Bush. I will never buy a BUSH appliance again! Still without a fridge freezer as have to wait for a refund. So nothing for Christmas and New Year! Argos gave me a £40 compensation voucher! Disgusting.

Bought a bush fridge 9 months ago and the fridge seal got ripped. They said that is not a manufacturer’s fault and I will have to pay for an engineer to come out for a part that I ended up buying myself for £10 and changing it. The fact that is not covered by warranty is ridiculous all we do is open and close the fridge. They should be be responsible for the bad quality they use. Will never buy anything from them again and I would suggest from everyone the same. Just stay away.

What a palaver, I will never buy anything item from Bush. I bought a washing machine in May, so still under warranty. Phoned them and they asked me to “troubleshoot “, firstly I am a pensioner who is even quite sure what they meant. Went through the procedure with and finally when they couldn’t help any further, they cut me off! Unbelievable after sales “so called service”! Never ever again will I buy a Bush product! Now left without a washing machine and have to buy “obviously, a better product elsewhere “.

Had my washing machine under 2 years and it broke... only to be told warranty runs out of after 1 year!!!! A white good should have a minimum of 2 years, the woman i spoke to on the phone was rude. Made me pull out my washing machine and go through 30 minutes of hell only to be told I'd have to pay for a repair. I'd never use bush again in my entire life! Avoid at all costs.

Bought a bush 3kg tumble dryer, complete faff having to clean the filter before every use, especially because it is so difficult to remove the filter from the dryer and once it is removed, have to prise the filter apart to get to filter.
Only had this 3 days and would change it if I could.

We habe had a bush washing machine for about 6 months, it started to go wrong after a few weeks with lots of banging noises whilst on the spin cycle, it has got progressively worse. Bush were literally no help at all and i am now left looking for a new washing machine. I will never buy anything bush again.

I bought a Bush tumble dryer, model number DHB7VTDB from Argos. Argos were their usual exceptional selves. However, the lint filter for the dryer is in the centre of the drum, at the back. A real nightmare and not fit for purpose at all. If I hadn’t already used it I would send it back.

Pleased with it but disappointed if you use front burners the knobs start to melt

I bought my son a tv just before Xmas and the tv doesn't go past loading screen so contacted bush through argos to be made out a liar I have to send pics of this and that which I understand but when they keep emailing me back saying the photo is unacceptable because they can't see all 4 corners of tv which is a lie as I have sent 3 diffrent emails containing diffrent photos and a video but this is not good enough and the agent is blunt and just seems to be trying to make this more difficult than it already is, now most companies would arrange collection to assess the issue but they haven't even offered that service, they hold you off as much as possible as after 3 months they don't give you full refund and after 6 months you will be lucky to get a part refund this is why they hold off, but I am at my whites end with this my son has had no tv for weeks now and not looking ad he will have it repaier or replaced any time soon either, joke of a company should be closed down, I have contacted media outlet rip off Britain from BBC on this matter also.

Our tumble dryer is faulty and less than a year old but customer service is appalling and are refusing to help. Would never ever buy anything from this company again.

Purchased an Oven 14 months ago, it broke 10 months into our ownership of it.

They repaired it, same problem happens 4 months later and they don’t want to know.

If you have a desire to own something as crucial to everyday life as an oven for less than 15 months, Bush is the best out there.

Bush products are extremely low quality and break very easily. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and THEIR PRODUCTS

Worst telly in the world,connected to Internet one day then no Internet the next, luckily we had it from argos, and they gave us a refund no problem, hope I have more luck with my hisense waiting for it to be delivered

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. A 7mth old washing machine developed an obvious drum bearing noise, which I demonstrated in a video attachment.CS demanded photos of the rear of the machine to prove that I hadn't left the transit bolts in place when I installed it. Yes the ones that prevent the drum from rotating, in a machine that has been running for 7mths. Unfortunately this was not a straightforward request as I was unable to isolate the machine in order to pull it out to take a photo, and I was going on holiday the next day. Anyway eventually sent the photos, but still waiting for a response. In the meantime the noise just gets worse and worse, until eventually I suppose the bearing will disintegrate and destroy the machine. Hey ho....

Just bought a fridge from them in 2021 via Argos. Does a fridge meant to last for 2 years? Ridiculous customer service as well, you can't get in touch to anybody.

There is no customer support they just keep hanging the phone up

Rude customer services experience when I tried to register my washing machine. Condescending when I declined to pay the monthly accidental cover.

I am very disappointed as I only purchased my Bush Dual fuel Range cooker at the end of June this year and the 'chrome' covering on three of the knobs is peeling off and showing white plastic underneath. Apparently the knobs are not covered under the warranty. This means that I would have to purchase new ones to replace them.

The warranty was not honoured refusing to book an engineer for an ignition fault on a hob. They wanted a copy of my gas registration as I had installed the appliance, my registration number was insufficient! They also wanted a copy of the receipt emailed to them.

Would they insist any other customer provide such detail or is this a way of not repairing their products knowing an engineer will simply resolve themselves.

Product looks good but poorly put together coupled with no back up if the product fails last Bush product I'll buy.
