Really great offering! Just Eat for Business offers a great service, easy to use platform and great team!

Have started using Just Eat for Business for my weekly catered lunches. I used to use 3-4 different suppliers but now my account manager arranges with the caterers for me. Super handy and their team sets everything up and clears everything away which makes my life much easier!

Delivery was good and on time, food was labelled which made life really easy, good selection of food. Only issue was an error buying drinks which double charged and couldn't be resolved before the cut off time. Minor issue. Other than that I would recommend.

We started using Just eat for business for our office team lunches about a year ago and we think it's a brilliant service. The platform is really easy to use and the team especially like how everyone's meals are named to avoid mix ups!
There is plenty of choice of healthy lunches as well as more indulgent options. Would definitely recommend.

We had to phone Pizza Pilgrims to obtain an update because the delivery was delayed and no communication was sent at the appropriate time. They notify that, contrary to when it was placed on the 13th, the order was received in the morning. The initial response stated that the driver had left the pizzeria without the pizzas; another driver had to deliver them after 20 minutes; the driver had never contacted when he was at the building; the customers had a busy schedule; and now everything was delayed. A compensation is expected.

Have used a few corporate delivery services over the last few years in my role and this has been the best so far! The customer service team always keep me up to date and my account manager Andrew is always on hand to help me plan amazing pop ups for my team.

As a business owner, it is highly advisable to refrain from engaging with this particular entity. They possess a tendency to promptly refund funds to customers without any prior notification or consultation, which can be extremely detrimental to your operations. Their lack of effective communication and inadequate business relations further compound the negative impact, particularly for small businesses.

My company pays £7.50 a day towards lunches on this site. the chicken salad I bought was 11.95. It arrived in a greasy, smashed box and contained chicken and rice instead of salad.

I have only used this service about 8 times and it has failed to show up once, been cold three times and the order has been wrong twice.

My dog gets chicken thigh every morning - prepared with more care than this.

I'd rather buy my own lunch than get this service for free.

My office order everyday from Just Eat and we love it. I have a rotation of my favourites now and really appreciate the different variety we have versus the last company we used!

I have had such an excellent experience with Just Eat, I had to order 130 Just Eat Vouchers, which had a 24 hour turn around. They were professional, helpful and very quick to answer all my emails. I would highly recommend them to use for your business needs and when ordering for your self. A big shout out to Andrew and Brandon who have given me fantastic customer service. Will definitely use again.

Half of my team was going to a celebration lunch and I was struggling to find something for the other half who were working remotely and a friend told me about the amazing service she received ordering DIY kits from Just Eat for Business. I ordered some curries to go to my team and it was such an easy straightforward process with great customer service!

Now that we're back in the office my office manager has started using them for meeting food and everything arrives on time with great tracking. So happy we found you guys!

Our office recently used CityPantry/JustEat for our Wellness Week. We wanted to have a variety of vegan, vegetarian and healthy options and City Pantry had so many to choose from! We used City Brunch which was so delicious. The platform is really easy to use, we placed the order only 3 days before and everything arrived right on time. Looking forward to using Just Eat for Business in the coming weeks for our next office event.

Needed assistance on Chat, Patrick came on straight away and was very friendly and willing to help even though I managed to suss it out for myself!

Overall great service. good selection of vendors. Easy to use. A lot of vendors require 24 hour notice which can be tricky trying to organise. Overall good and would recommend.

We swapped over to City Pantry from our old supplier and it made my life so much easier! There are so many restaurants to choose from and both their customer care team and account management team are the most professional of all suppliers I've used. My team love having their meals all arrive at the same time from one driver now as everything used to turn up separately and cause chaos in the office.

We have had excellent service with City Pantry. Our account manager is incredibly helpful and is always willing to advise us on any queries we might have. The food deliveries are on time and really delicious, and much enjoyed by everyone. City Pantry has a great variety of restaurants and cafes on their site, and there is something to suit everyone and every catering situation. They are a fantastic asset to have in The City!

I've used City Pantry many times over the years, mainly for lunches for meetings I've been hosting, and I have always found the platform easy to use with a broad selection of options - a significant improvement on a platter of anonymous sandwiches in terms of health and, in central London, value. I have once or twice had issues with specific suppliers but the City Pantry team have always been very supportive and responsive, and we've always received full refunds where there have been issues.
