awesome service - the team did not have the automated service I needed so took it upon themselves to make things happen. It must have been a lot of manual work for them

We have been using City Pantry for in the office catering for over 2 years now and enjoying the variety of vendors, as well as employees individual choice option. Highly recommend for the ease of using the website and friendly customer service.

Really enjoying working with our account manager who is super helpful. We have had a couple of issues in the past with late orders/ no shows but Tash has been amazing at resolving them. Food is always high quality and delicious.

I used City Pantry for a Chinese New Year catered lunch (Ping Pong Dim Sum) for 60 plus people. The ordering process was easy and efficient. When they were delivering, I received instant updates via text message.

This is my first time ordering with City Pantry. It seems like a great initiative but the proof will be in the pudding, so to speak.
The site was easy to navigate and having the discount code for free delivery pre-populated was a great help.

Great service all around! Choice is always pretty good. I do use other service providers like Deliveroo corporate and Feedr which in my opinion are less up to speed on the ease of ordering and tech side of things however one thing they offer which I'm not sure is available with CityPantry is a wider reach of vendors (esp outside of your immediate coverage area) and also finding vendors that would not typically help out unless your AM at Deliveroo and Feedr had the relationship already to convince them to accept your order.

On the whole fantastic service and great support. A few improvements would be having food available to order closer to the date/time it's required.

I also think it would be helpful to have more contact from account managers. Since our account manager left we've not been put in touch with anyone else.

City Pantry is a great company to work with.
They have a large selection of vendors to choose from and our Account Manager, Reece Campbell, knows our needs and always happy to go the extra mile to make things happen.
The deliveries are on time and if we ever had an issue, it was resolved and we were compensated.

Love using City Pantry...such a step up from Deliveroo!
