I love CityPantry, I really do. My account managers have been amazing, they really try and fix any concerns we have as quickly as possible. & they have the best customer service team I've ever encountered.

Our office is based in King's Cross, so at the moment, the vendor options aren't vast, but the one's we do have are pretty solid. It helps that employees are able to pick their own meals using their individual choice platform, and you can set a budget for each meal as well, and if they want to exceed the meal, they can pay for the excess.

The reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of their inconsistent deliveries. Most days it's on time, but we've experienced a lot of either extremely early or extremely late deliveries as well. If they can work out the kinks, CityPantry would definitely be worth 5 stars.

Easy to order, delivery on time and the driver was extremely accommodating and kind, option to print a menu is really helpful for a corporate lunch. Great food options too.

I have been impressed by the proficiency of City Pantry, been using them for some of the lunches in the office and I have always been happy with them.

City Pantry is a great option for office catering, whilst the offerings are great, quite often there are issues with delivery or delays that aren't communicated to the customer until they happen, which isn't ideal when you have hungry clients waiting for lunch.

Great selection of vendors, intuitive & clean website, efficient customer service. Highly recommended!

Great Food, Versatile selection, Delivery on time

City Pantry have an excellent service. Our company provides lunches for us and with City Pantry we can choose our meals from the Vendor for that day and everyone is happy. Should there be a problem with delivery or our order City Pantry always deal with it immediately. We are very happy with their services and they provide a very wide selection of Vendors. I would recommend to anyone.

Citypantry is a great platform with loads of options to cater for our company breakfasts. They have also been very useful when we have needed catering for evening events.

Our account manager has changed quite a few times over the last 6 months, but all of them have been helpful and efficient whenever we have had a request safe few odd occasions.

There are glitches in the system especially when trying to amend the bookings, many times I've received an error message when I've tried to change orders myself, having then to go back to our accounts manager and ask them to do the change for us.

Overall we are satisfied with Citypantry and are continuing to work with them in the future. We would hope more personal approach (account managers coming onsite) and also more information around the different options Citypantry offers (top ups, pop ups etc.).

Always helpful, if for any reason there's a problem they will do their best to resolve promptly (and usually send treats to the office to say sorry!)

Great selection of restaurants and simply order process. Used for company lunch/events and a happy customer.

This company have now got electric vans which is great apart from the fact they have been left in the charging bays in the NCP car park and are not on charge blocking other electric car users from charging their cars. This has meant those of us with hybrids have had to use the petrol engine and cause pollution and those with pure electrics have had to find other chargers or not be able to get home. They have had a van in one bay not charging for about a week and yesterday decided to block both bays. Hardly the actions of a company that cares

Ordered for the first time and had the restaurant cancel my order as it was too busy, had a call to let me know and was sorted quickly and efficiently! Really impressed with Zara's customer service, had all the alternatives ready for the call! Thank you Zara!

This company has been harassing the business I work for in a campaign that has lasted over a year. I have explicitly requested that they stop contacting us on multiple occasions. They have been had the audacity to show up to our offices without invitation to meet with me.

I booked an ice cream vendor through City Pantry to visit my workplace last week. Four hours before they were due to arrive they cancelled my order letting myself and 50 staff members down. City Pantry told me that it was the vendors fault that I had been let down last minute. I contacted the vendor directly who told me that they were lying and that he had contacted them on the day I placed the order informing them that he would not be available.When I called City Pantry out on this they admitted that they had messed up. Throughout the process the customer service was disgusting. No one would get back to me and they didn't care that I then had to spend the rest of my work day trying to find another ice cream vendor. They refunded me but weren't interested in offering any vouchers or compensation for the huge inconvenience that they caused.They are liars and have lost my custom. If I could give this rating a 0 I would. Please stay clear of this company. You will be let down.

I signed up to City Pantry as I was offered 5 free deliveries for my non profit event - after the 2nd they said they were no longer honouring the deal even though it had a “order by this date” and I was within it! Their FAQ’s are inconsistent and you would think the customer is always right but they don’t! I appreciate they might want to stop offering it to new customers, but a company who does not honour a promotion when it clearly states a use by date in the body of the promotion and someone has started using it is untrustworthy and I am not even sure if it's legal! Clearly run by amateurs or poorly trained teenagers.

Isn't the whole point of City Pantry to co-ordinate deliveries sensibly, and check the food and delivery methods so you don't need to?

Would not recommend. And don't order anything with chips, especially if you like chips.
