I bought Blaux earbuds

I bought Blaux earbuds. Worst sound, muffled, words incomprehensible. After hassling them for some time they sent me a second pair. Just as bad as the first.

Easy transfer

100 times better than dealing with banks. No waiting time for transferring, no "provission" charges. The money you send is the money the recipient gets.

Worst information , advertisement I have ever seen. Freeze your own container of water and set it in front of a fan and call it an air conditioner. I'd say 100% money waisted.

I ordered two items on June 2020, I couldn't get any answer by email. I called beginning of April 2021 & supposedly they sent them again, to this date, July 2021, I've called several times and I got excuses by email. Unlike last year, the tracking number they gave me used to show information about where the package was...This year tracking number shows nothing.

I was under the impression lithium batteries are rechargeable and once charged up there's no need for a power cord. In this regard your language is deceiving. Haven't even tried it as of yet, just received it today and from the quality it's very disappointing. I hope I can get a refund.

BLAUX COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

I wish I could give this company - 0 stars!!! This company is a scam, please do not buy from them!

I purchased 2 portable blaux A/C’s from them in June & paid $189.93 in total. Weeks went by & they didn’t give me my shipping info. I contacted them multiple times through email & they never responded! So I went through Pay Pal, since that was my payment method, and I put in a dispute! The company suddenly responded & offered me 10% off of my purchase, which left me with a new total of $151.95. They offered the 10%, along with an apology & assured me they would expedite my shipment. Pay pal closed the case since we had reached an agreement. However, weeks had gone by & I received nothing, no shipping info & still no product!

I began to email this company weekly since months had now gone by & I received nothing from them. I demanded a refund since I was unhappy & they were no longer credible! They kept emailing me back with excuses as to why my refund was delayed! They 1st told me that something was wrong with my Pay Pal account & the refund wasn’t going through. I emailed them back with a picture of my successful payment when my order was originally placed with them, along with the 10% discount they had successfully given me through my same Pay Pal account that they were claiming to be invalid!

The week after that I emailed them & then they told me something was wrong with their refund machine & they were working to fix the problem. I emailed them several times after that, and as of recent they are telling me that they refunded me my money. I actively check my Pay Pal account, as well as my bank account & they have NEVER REFUNDED ME MY MONEY! I have recently sent them several emails & they have now stopped responding to my emails!

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD, I ordered in June of 2020 & it is now October 2020 & I have NEVER received a shipping number, the 2 products ordered, nor any refunds that was requested months ago! I am reporting this company all over so they can be exposed & to prevent others from getting scammed!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!

Warning. DO NOT BUY From this company...

I echo, Do Not Buy from them. I purchased 3 neck fans for a gift and it turned out they couldn't use them. I contacted someone named Aya and was told to send them back. I paid 11.50 to send them back. It has now been almost 2 weeks since they were delivered to company. I sent email to Aya asking about it and was told it hasn't been received. Was asked to send tracking info and when delivered, which I did. After that I never heard back. I just called the 888 number and customer service found where the product was returned. They are finally going to credit my card the amount I paid minus 10.50... huh. This amount is apparently what they paid to ship it to me. But since it didn't work out I have to reimburse them for the shipping. What a lousy business model. No where was I told this, so I would never do business with this company again. My hope is this will helps others.. At least be aware that if you return the product you will be out the cost of shipping. both coming and going.

DO NOT BUY THIS POS. FREEZE A GALLON OF WATER AND PUT IT IN FRONT OF A FAN, YOU'LL GET BETTER RESULTS.
My elderly mother ordered one for her and my daugter because their bedrooms are furthest from the central unit and get warm in the summer.
Ordering was a breeze, but it took from June 6th order date to august 25th to receive them.
Its literally a block of ice behind a fan, the fan barely blows and the light does not have any purpose.
When I tried to refund, i was offered 20%, 30%, and then 50% refund and i could keep them. I kept refusing and persisted that i could get my whole refund amount since it was within 30 days of receiving them.
I paid to ship them back, had to include email and order number on the box, and call to give them the tracking info. That was september 20.
Today is Oct 19, I called to see why my refund had not processed yet, the rep literally said "we get to refunds when we get to them" outgoing orders come first. So no we'll see if in 7-10 days, I actually get my money back..

Advertising online in Europe means that you agree with the EU online conditions.

In Germany this means that you must show:

Garantie etc etc etc

As they are missing on their buyblaux website, I asked them about this.
It took the several months to respond. That should tell you something!

I don't mind purchasing from a HK or Chinese Company. But I expect EU Guarantee conditions, and an EU service point where I can return it in case something goes wrong.

Non of this.

And what is worse, the BUYER must pay for the delivery and returning costs.

As I said before - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
At least until they have sorted out their legal things, and set-up a proper Service Department in Europe!

They seem to have a CHAT service in Paris.
But even that takes 30 minutes ....

Horrible
Company does not send tracking info. Took a month to receive and three units came without adapters. Just cords with usb ends. When I emailed to inquire a customer service rep named ANDI told me they “didn’t really come with adapter” to plug into the wall.
The instructions tell you specifically to use THEIR ADAPTER AND CORDS ONLY for SAFETY reasons.
$213.00 for three units that came without their own plugs.
No one ever replied when I sent a reply email with the picture of the instructions showing an adapter is included with the units.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The product is of course is too good to be true.
When I ordered off an ad on instagram (bad idea), I immediately requested a refund through the company email. Never received a refund and it took months to receive and only after I filled a complaint with PayPal. I requested a refund. the product showed up one day.
I thought it could cool down a room that is not well insulated. It CAN'T even cool down 3 feet away. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP USELESS PRODUCT!!!

This is a total scam! First it got sent to the wrong address because they use cheap printing labels and you couldn't tell what the apartment number said. Even the person who received it said it looked like a 6 and not a 5. Then when I finally did get it, the water curtain they sent doesn't even go to the unit. So I emailed them, it takes them over a week to respond and even then the only reason they responded is because I got nasty with them in the second email. It was the only way I could get their attention. So they told me I didn't give them enough information to find my order. So then I emailed them directly from the invoice email and she responds back that she can't help me. She only deals with repairs and broken units and that I have to contact the company if I want to send it back to ask for instructions on how to send it back. Excuse me but what are you? Aren't you part of the company, you're at the same email address! So basically they're doing whatever they can do blow me off so I can't send this back and get a refund. There are numerous complaints about them with the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau says this company has not responded back in like 2 years. But part of this is my fault as well. The first Credit card I used wouldn't let the charge go through and I should have let it go at that. I also should have gone to the Better Business Bureau site and looked these crooks up! So that's what I learned out of this!

This product and company are a complete scam as noted by others. Description and performance of the the unit are completely inaccurate. No where did it ever state you needed ice cubes for the unit to work and the unit is so small you cannot even place ice in the water tray. The unit only ran for about ten minutes and died. I emailed and requested to return and receive a refund. I was told it cost ~$40 for return shipment cost and was offered a %50 refund. I agreed in an attempt to get some of my money back. It has been over two months now and have not seen a dime.

Ordered fan July 10. No confirmation number given. Also ordered water curtains they said I needed same price as fan. By late August I contacted credit card company who agreed to temporarily not charge while they investigate the case. The water curtains were on a different card and they insisted I must contact the company and ask for refund. As I had no way to contact company Amex provided me with a number which was answered by an incompetent person who had kids yelling and screaming in the background. After about 15 minutes while she was on computer she said the merchandise was on its way! I received the water curtains Sept 8. No use for them as I have never received fan. Constant attempts to recontact that number are answered with recorded messages that due to COVID-19 things were delayed worldwide and be patient etc. what a ripoff! I have read of numerous cases just like mine. Money down the drain! No recourse!
