What in the world is going on!! I ordered in June nothing yet. BEEN WAITING 30 DAYS FOR NOTHING. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. Just Dumb on my part! MAN I CAN'T BELVE THIS!

Ordered 2 portable units & 2 filters. Changed my mind after seeing reviews. Tried calling - no matter what number you enter, you’re transferred to an after call survey - but I never spoke with a human. Tried emailing & it was returned. Tried google chat and a person came on but as soon as I said I wanted to cancel, they were gone. I should have gone to trust pilot first. I am disputing charges thru my bank. They are crediting my account. Stay awY.

I have ordered blaux personal fan 3, wrote to them numerous times and still not response. The order went through and yet no email confirmation of the order. My credit card has been charged, will call them to reverse the charge.

Waiting since mid June. No one answers the phone, emails are not returned and chats not answered.
The recorded excuse is COVID19.

I ordered a neck personal A/C about six weeks ago and have not received it. I sent two emails to support and no response. My tracking number they initially provided is non-existent.

I ordered the portable AC June 11, 2020, received an order confirmation, charged appeared on my credit card statement and as of today July 13, 2020 have not received tracking information or the AC. Have sent 2 emails and did a chat on their web site with no response. Will be sending a letter to my credit card to reverse this fraudulent purchase/order. They state on the order confirmation "We're Here To Help You" and "contact customer service team for any urgent inquires" They have failed in both of their statements!

This is scam I make in June 12 a orden for 259.42+14.99 but never get the products I still waiting the delivery, I wrote them but never write back, I called but there was not answer.
Do not buy nothing .

Ordered product from them. Was never informed that they didn't have the merchandise. A month later I cancelled my order when i was FINALLY informed of the situation. WASTE OF TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

This company is a Chinese SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. I bought one of these air conditioners and it came a month later than they promised. It was broken and not all the pieces were included in package. I couldn't get a replacement or a refund.

Terrible customer service.

It's pretty hard to tell that this company even is legitimate or that this portable AC actually works; they sent an email telling me I could have free shipping, and at the end of the order, they still included the shipping fee! Their U.S. number doesn't seem to go anywhere, and just redirects to a customer satisfaction survey, where all of the answers are 1 (1 is the lowest rank).

I was just trying to get something thoughtful for someone for their birthday, and it's been the worst service.

Someone should report them if they find out the company isn't legitimate.

No support response from the company. The time wait is 30 days. It's a 'evaportive cooler' which you can get the same thing at Amazon for a fraction of the price.The U.S.phone number doesn't even exist. Tried calling it and the operator says 'This number does not exist'. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer beware.

No responce from so called costumer service with out getting auto response or a runaround took money but no product. Would not buy for this if you expect to get the product you paid for
