Really disappointing all-round…
Really disappointing all-round experience. From delays in production and fitting a large barn window, never being able to get hold of the company for updates (didn't respond to left messages, drove to the joinery in the end to find out what was going on. Arriving with the window painted the wrong colour, badly finished fitting internally and externally. No respect for property, re-painted window but got paint all over stone patio, slate porch roof and broken roof slates. Said they would come back and clean up but used wire wool on slate tiles which ruined them. One star for refunding the cost of replacing the damaged tiles. Found out afterwards that one of our neighbours had commissioned them to build a fitted wardrobe and that had been badly fitted and built too.
