Everything, from reception to manager seemed like there first day, no clue on how to deal with public and work in hospitality, except 1 gentleman in reception, he was pretty good, the hotel smelled of eather curry or marijuana depending on the day, faulty shower, dirty bedding on arrival, with new sheets laid yet dirty, was moved rooms 2x, Never staying again, just because it's the cheapest hotel doesn't mean It has to be this bad, sent an email to their main offices 2 days ago never got a response, campanille is worst hotel and company I have ever seen, oh and the manager seemed way to angry at me complaining about this all and wanted to offer me free breakfast, wouldn't touch there breakfast with a 10 foot pole.

Ho acquistato e pagato nel marzo 2024 e, dopo numerosissime mail di richiesta di motivazioni SERIE su perchè la merce non mi veniva consegnata e dopo altrettante risposte di un certo Sig. Gianluca nelle quali mi assicurava che a giorni avrei icevuto, ad oggi DOPO 11 MESI NULLA HO RICEVUTO. A questo ho chiesto il RIMBORSO e neanche questo è avvenuto. IO HO PAGATO e la mia onestà è indiscussa, ma Campanile ha perso fiduci, dignità e onesta. MEGLIO NON FIDARSI.

Nous avons choisi campanile futuroscope Poitiers parce qu'il etait très bien noté avec 4,1/5 sur Google.
Les chambres pouvant être prise à partir de 15h, nous arrivons à 15h30.
Premier revers, on Nous annonce que la chambre sera libre à 18h et on nous demande si nous voulons visiter le futuroscope aujourd'hui....à 15h30 donc!
18h nous accedons à notre chambre. L'ensemble est propre, même si on peut voir quelques signes de vétusté notamment au niveau de la salle de bain.
Niveau isolation sonore, soit c'est à revoir soit une famille d'éléphant dort au dessus de nos têtes.
Mais le clou du spectacle est quand même la literie, si on peut appeler ça comme ça.
Un matelas de 20 cm d'épaisseur aussi dur qu'une planche.
Il me faudra plus de deux heures pour réussir à m'endormir en aillant mis deux couettes et tous les coussins possible au dessous pour espérer m'endormir quelques petite heures.
Souffrant de lombalgies chronique, le réveil courbaturé se fera aux aurores.
Je veux bien que pour le prix on ait un service limité mais par pitié, à tous les hôteliers, investissez dans une literie un minimum confortable.

Stayed here on many occasions, BUT, Extra Special Thanks this time around to, Jacob (Receptionist) & Yoku (Manager). Who resolved our issues to ensure that our stay was as Comfortable as possible. Nothing seemed bothersome to these two wich resulted in a great stay. Thankyou. 🙌🏾

Love the Security factor. Staff available 24/7.
CCTV operated premises.
Housekeeping facilitates needs
Massive carpark etc etc

Che dire mi sono fidato del nome, mai comprato nulla online mi è servita come lezione, tra parentesi non comprerò mai più Campanile e dirò a tutti di evitarli nemmeno nei negozi. Io non diventerò povero e loro non diventeranno ricchi, ma io non perdo ne il mio nome ne la mia credibilità loro si. e come dice un proverbio.
i soldi vanno e vengono, ma la dignità una volta persa non la riconquisti più

Even even opsomming.. Kamer 306. Gordijn hing voor de helft uit de rails. Heb het maar met een touwtje enigszins vastgebonden. In de badkamer zat er een bruine veeg boven de wc rol houder. Het leek mij geen pindakaas.. beugel bad zat los. En het leek alsof het bed niet was verschoond. Zat vol gruis en korrels? Voorganger ontbeten in bed? Kortom hier kom ik niet meer. Lokatie is prima maar je betaald het volle pond voor veel smerigheid. Niet hotelwaardig.

I stayed at the Campanile Hotel Doncaster four years ago, and due to a problem with parking registration during a time when the hotel's reception was closed because of the COVID-19 lockdown, I've recently been hit with a County Court Judgment (CCJ) for an old parking fine. Here's my experience:

Pros:
The location is convenient if you're visiting Doncaster Dome or the Racecourse.
The rooms were clean and provided basic comfort.

Cons:
Parking Management: The hotel requires daily registration for parking, but when I couldn't access the reception due to unexpected closures, I was unable to comply. The hotel was unhelpful in assisting remotely, resulting in a fine from ParkingEye, which escalated to a CCJ years later.
Customer Service: When I needed help, the hotel's response was inadequate, leaving me to deal with significant legal and financial repercussions.
Lasting Impact: This incident has now affected my credit rating and caused additional stress, particularly given my health issues, all stemming from what should have been a simple administrative task.

Advice for Future Guests:
If you plan to park at this hotel, be vigilant. Register your vehicle as soon as you arrive or consider alternative parking arrangements.
Document all interactions with the hotel, especially if you encounter problems, as you might need this documentation later.

Overall: I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you're driving. The potential for enduring issues like mine, where a simple oversight turns into a long-term problem, is too high.

Note: I am currently attempting to resolve this issue with the hotel, seeking compensation for the distress and costs, but until then, I feel compelled to share this warning with potential guests.

Ho acquistato un paio di stivali a Gennaio 2024 pagando con bonifico anticipato in quanto venva detto che la produzione era manuale e occorrevano 60 - 90 gg per avere il prodotto. A distanza di 12 mesi non ho ricevuto nulla. Scritto mail di sollecito più volte, risponde un certo Gianluca che scrive dicendo che faranno il rimborso ma ad oggi ancora nulla. Consiglio a tutti che quando non si è sicuri del venditore meglio pagare alla consegna.

Ho acquistato e pagato un paio di scarpe e una cintura il 16/05/2024 mai arrivati. Tante mail inviati, compreso PEC ma non risponde nessuno.

A settembre 2024 ho acquistato sul sito di Campanile un paio di scarpe pagandole subito con bonifico bancario.
A gennaio 2025 non ho ancora ricevuto le scarpe.
Scrivo email con cadenza settimanale e ricevo risposte generiche che rinviano a consegne o produzioni rimborsi che arriveranno al più presto.
Sono passati 100 giorni e non ho ricevuto nulla.
Suggerisco a tutti di non acquistare su questo sito, rischiate soltanto di perdere i vostri soldi.

Ho acquistato le scarpe tramite annuncio su Istagram invogliato dal nome altisonante e da foto che fanno intendere un prodotto dí elevatissima fattura artigiana italiana.
Appena fatto l’ordine sono incappato nelle recensioni, e purtroppo li ho capito cosa avevo appena pagato.
Le scarpe a me sono arrivate dopo una settimana, ma sarebbe stato meglio non ricevere alcunché. Il prodotto ha il look e l’appearance come le foto, appena aperta la scatola vieni pervaso da questo odore di colla tipo fossimo dal calzolaio e tutto era chiaro ormai; suola 100% in gomma fresca fresca, persino la parte che solitamente è in cuoio non lo è. Tipico delle scarpe economiche (perdonate ma un prodotto di fascia alta come Campanile dovrebbe essere non ci si avvicina nemmeno).
Non sono in grado di giudicare la qualità del pellame, se sia pellame o piuttosto un prodotto che ne riproduce solo l’estetica. Ma propendo per quest’ultima versione.
Poco male..

Stayed at the hotel Campanile Salford. Had a great stay. For the price it's great. I actually got engaged in the hotel room after a wonderful gig. So I have Great memories of this place. Will definitely stay here again as the staff were so lovely. We're due here again in may. I must say I really enjoyed the breakfast. A fab selection and full English. Vavr Thankyou enough for making the most memorable night of my life so special xxx

Associazione a delinquere finalizzata alla TRUFFA.
Prestare attenzione allo spam e agli acquisti online dal presunto produttore di scarpe Campanile (campanile1858 dot com), poiché sia gli avvisi pubblicitari che i prodotti esposti nel loro shop online sono una TRUFFA!
Sono migliaia i clienti già truffati, incluso il sottoscritto, ognuno per importi di centinaia di euro.
A nulla serviranno telefonate (a numeri inesistenti, inattivi o semplicemente senza risposta) e email a fantomatici indirizzi, tra cui quelle provenienti dai domini campanile1 (dot com), campanile1858 (dot com), accredit (dot it).
Molti hanno già denunciato la truffa alle autorità competenti ma Campanile continua come nulla fosse nelle truffe quotidiane tramite il sito e le email di spam, inviate persino a chi ha già denunciato la truffa!
Ladri e delinquenti, bisogna continuare a denunciarli per spedirli finalmente in galera!

Attenzione a non cadere vittima della pubblicità ingannevole di questo sito! Si tratta di un’associazione a delinquere creata appositamente per truffare i consumatori, con l’obiettivo di sottrarre denaro senza fornire il servizio promesso. Su 100 ordini, a malapena uno viene realmente consegnato, e tutto ciò per poter giustificare la loro attività con la scusa che le scarpe sono fatte a mano.

Nel mio caso specifico, ho effettuato un ordine il 17 novembre 2023, e a distanza di quasi un anno non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Dopo aver riscontrato numerosi problemi, ho deciso di sporgere denuncia alle autorità competenti, che a breve interverranno per chiudere il sito e fermare questa catena di truffe. Inoltre, con l’aiuto di un’associazione di consumatori, stiamo già lavorando per ottenere un rimborso completo, comprensivo di interessi.

Non fidatevi e non comprate da questo sito! Questo sistema truffaldino verrà presto chiuso e i responsabili saranno chiamati a rispondere delle loro azioni.

The hotel is quite basic with simple amenities, but what really stands out is the incredible staff. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Their warmth and helpfulness truly elevate the experience. If you value great service, this is the place to stay!

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe, Living x222, riferimento ordine GKBJTMFYY effettuato il 12/11/2023 pagato con bonifico. A tutt'oggi non mi è stato consegnato nulla, inviato una PEC, 4 Email, chiamato numero clienti tutto inesistente. Inviano continuamente proposte di acquisto scontatissimi. Già scritta una recensione il 20/03/2024.
Non comprate sito inesistente sono dei TRUFFATORI.

Stayed in the Campanile hotel in Manchester. Not a good experience, breakfast was shockingly bad. Restaurante closed. The room were really tiered looking and desperately in need of redecoration.

The only positive was the staff and the beer prices.
