Excellent Service and Outstanding Support from Caitlen

We’ve worked with Can Solutions for several years now and have consistently had a very positive experience. More recently, Caitlen became our account manager, and she has been excellent throughout. Been with CAN Solutions for awhile now…

Been with CAN Solutions for awhile now with our company mobiles phones. Plans are quite flexible and the service is really good as well. The best part is, they are just a call/email away, any problem just reach them out and they are happy to assist. Caitlen is amazing, sorted our new plans and some other queries swiftly. Superb!

We’ve recently been onboarded with CAN…

We’ve recently been onboarded with CAN Solutions and the setup process has been straightforward from start to finish. Caitlen has been very helpful throughout, making sure everything was clearly explained and that access to the portal was set up quickly with no issues.
Communication has been prompt and professional, and any questions we’ve had have been dealt with efficiently. The service so far has been exactly what we needed, and the transition has been smooth with no disruption.
Overall, a positive experience and good customer support. Happy with the service and would recommend.

Can Solutions have come on leaps and bounds

Can Solutions have come on leaps and bounds with their customer service in the 2.5 years I have worked with them. Their support team are always quick and responsive, which makes a real difference when managing mobile services for a business.

Rori, our account manager, has been instrumental in ensuring everything runs smoothly and that we receive the seamless service we now have.

More recently, we moved from a Vodafone account managed by Can, to a wholesaler account with Can direct. The transition was completely seamless – no one in our company even realised it had happened, and there was absolutely zero service disruption.

I would highly recommend giving Can Solutions a try. You will not be disappointed.

I've recently moved our corporate…

I've recently moved our corporate mobile phone solution over to CAN Solutions from another supplier, thanks to Scott and Gemma the whole end to end process has been quick, efficient and hassle free, completely seamless.
Their communication was spot on and I was kept informed of progress at every step, my enquiries and general questions were answered quickly and in plain English.

Excellent Service!

The customer service from start to finish has been exceptional. The phone system is so easy to use and although we did have a couple of issues on initial set up, these were dealt with very quickly. I would highly recommend CAN Solutions.

We recently transferred our company…

We recently transferred our company mobiles to CAN, this allowed us to have the best providers for each phone. Excellent service from Lewis and then transferred to our account Manager Trudi who then worked through the transferring of the service; a little hiccup with data allowance but was quickly and easily resolved when we realised what the issue was. I then received my first bill and was devastated, not the saving I thought I immediately called CAN Trudi had left … Charlie answered I was upset and did 'go on saying I was disappointed, not got the deal I had discussed etc...I said I would call back but Charlie would not have it and did not want to leave it with me upset and went above and beyond to calm me down and eventually we got to the root if the issue... my misunderstanding as it was our first bill so included extra days. Whilst we did encounter a few hiccups the team at CAN have worked and resolved them quickly & efficiently and considering there are third parties involved they have taken responsibility and worked to resolve the issue and not 'passed the buck!!' I am sure the whole team are just as professional but I can only comment on those I have actually dealt with and say a big thank you to Lewis in Sales, Trudi, Charlie & Robyn in customer services.

Moving multiple connections across providers can sometimes involve a few moving parts (and the odd curveball), so it’s great to know the team kept everything on track and resolved the data allowance issue quickly.

I’m especially glad Charlie was able to step in when you received your first bill. First invoices can occasionally look higher than expected due to part-month charges, and we completely understand how that can cause concern. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to talk it through, we’d always much rather have that conversation than leave you feeling disappointed.

We really appreciate you recognising the team’s efforts to take ownership and see things through. That’s exactly how we aim to operate, no passing the buck, just getting things sorted.

We have been with CAN Solutions for over two years and can say that they made the process of switching providers very easy.

We have just renewed our company contract and upgraded the handsets via our account manager Charley Moetamedi who is polite, helpful and very efficient.
