Ordered a freezer
Ordered a freezer, they suggested a delivery date of July 11; I called back on July 9 to find out what was happening, was told the freezer was still on order from the manufacturer and wouldn't arrive for 2-3 weeks.
I cancelled the order and bought the same freezer from Costco, who had it in stock. Paid 2% more. Worth it.

To clarify our ordering process on canadianappliance.ca, customers must select their region to view local availability. In-stock items are clearly marked with a blue "In stock (Same/Next day delivery)*" tag.
After an order is placed, customers are prompted to select a preferred delivery date.
While selecting a date for backordered appliances does not guarantee delivery, we strive to keep all estimated dates as accurate as possible.
At the time you placed your order, the item was unfortunately unavailable. We are glad you were able to find the same model at another competitor.

Purchased a built in range hood fan in store Langley BC. To our surprise free delivery in two days.
Text the night before with EST delivery time.
On the day of delivery text with 3hr delivery time window along with a delivery route number we had. Ours showed number 2 on the list. To our surprise yes delivery was close to the time they mentioned.
