I knew what I was looking for, but I wanted to find out what LG dishwasher the would recommend. Harry showed me the possibilities, and started with previous year's model, explaing the differences between it and latest. I chose the current one, because it had features we were looking for. Sale went quickly, w/o issues. Delivery and install could not have been handled better. Thanks to salesrep, Harry and installer, Dave, who went above & beyond. I will recommend both to anyone who asks me.

I was happy with the communication between the delivery person as well as the installer. Both were very professional . The installer was polite, cleaned his work area and before he made any additions he asked or informed me. In addition Naveen the sales representative as well as the sales person who helped me while I waited for Naveen to finish with a client was very good. The down fall was waiting to be helped when I first entered the store. Once helped it went smoothly.
