The product arrived quickly unfortunately there was a fault customer services were excellent immediately arranged a replacement and a return label for the old unit. Could not have offered better service

Item came within the expected time slot. Order and delivery very good. I have been using my red light therapy lamp for about 3 weeks now and I think my skin is clearer than it was.

I have always managed my mild case of Psoriasis on my legs, elbows and head ok with moisturiser or a steroid cream and it usually clears up within a week or 2. This year has been the worst I have had Psoriasis, covering about 30% of my lower leg and looking like it was getting worse, it became quite scary and creams didn't seem be working. So well aware that the sun and UVB is good for my Psoriasis I thought I'd try this... 3 weeks in and it's clearing up. 2 mins to start on each patch every other day, up to about 5-6 mins now in the third week. Very happy, thanks!

I’ve been using my lamp for 10 minutes after a days work, it’s a brilliant way to wind down and give myself some downtime. My skin definitely looks fresher and healthier.
I bought this lamp specifically as it would be seen and it’s much more ascetically pleasing than the white plastic ones.
My only small issue is the part you provide to hang the lamp over a door is not wide enough so not been able to use on my back as I would have liked to. If only using for face just buy the small size, it would have been perfect for my table.
I can probably buy a bigger door online, will have a look now.
Recommend 100%, not cheap but if you use it every day it will pay for itself in no time :)

Excellent responses from Ian at Care Lamps to all questions I put forward from initially when the product, DERMA RED PLUS P450, which we had identified as being the best available for our needs would be back in stock.
Once back in stock our order was dealt with speedily and the unit arrived extremely well packed and in good time.
In order to get the best from the product a little study is required around Red / NIR light therapy and Ian suggested the excellent book by Ari Whitten.
Once digested and put into practice we have rapidly seen improvements in many areas to our general health!

Most people who say it doesn't work don't follow the instructions or are too lazy to stick to the schedule. Just get a biologic instead and quit whining.

Product wise it’s good but it would have gotten a 5-stars rating if carelamps can provide more guidance for each use case - for example for skin rejuvenation , suggest to use it X mins daily or 3 times a week. Or you could quote some researches that provide such advice.

Currently I have to do my own research on the usage time. Not very customer centric.

My order arrived in two days well packaged with instructions. It’s big compared to normal lightbulbs and easy to hold with a substantial deep red light. I have only used it a few times so far it has helped with small patches of psoriasis which are less inflamed and itchy. The red light is very therapeutic and relaxing before sleep.

I've had chronic psoriasis for several years now and have been prescribed many creams, ointment and treatments but while some eased my psoriasis for a time none of them cleared my skin.
So with some anxiety and dubious about the claims I've seen about uvb treatment I decided I may as well give it a try as nothing else had worked.
I've been using the lamp as the instructions for three weeks and change in the appearance of my skin is remarkable. Gone are the angry red blotches and flaking skin, with just a few dry patches remaining.
I took photos before I started using the lamp and when put side by side with how my skin is now the difference is clear.
I would have no hesitation recommending the uvb lamp from carelamps because if you use it as directed as I have I would hope you had similar good results.
I've had better results after three weeks of the lamp than I ever had from years of prescriptions.
