Had some issues with online agreement…
Had some issues with online agreement the website stated I had submitted it
(twice) but received Email/call from Careline stating not recieved
I did it by phone after being contacted by agent.
All fine now

Everything arrived on time, setting up was easy.
A missing screw was replaced after one email the next day.

Very easy to navigate website
Very easy to navigate website. Order form was easy to complete - we chose to print it and send by freepost. From deciding to purchase from Careline to receiving the equipment took less than a week. The bracelet looks neat and the base station smart if a little bigger than we expected. We have yet to set it up so can't comment on that.

Disappointing
Sadly, having placed the order on a Monday with a promise of delivery on the Wednesday or the Thursday, this failed to happen. On chasing the order up I was promised the delivery on the Friday without fail. I traveled the 160 mile round trip to install at my Father in Law. I was telephoned on the Friday to say that the delivery would not happen and would be delivered on the Saturday. This was compounded by the wrong product being set-up, fortunately I noticed and this was in the end amended. The experience was both disappointing and stressful. That said, the equipment seems to be working well.

I'd firstly like to express how sorry I am for the mix up with the product we picked for you.
Unfortunately, it was simply due to human error on this occasion as our website was down, causing some internal issues with placing orders. I understand this reasoning is of no benefit to you, as the stress and disappointment has already been caused, and I can see why. But I'd like to stress how rare this sort of issue is. The employee is fully aware of the mistake made, and is also deeply sorry. We've also made sure to feed this issue back to all members of staff so we can learn from it for the future.
Regarding the delays in delivery, while this isn't ideal and we always strive for next working day delivery, it is out of our hands during these challenging times. We are operating with a skeleton staff, and DPD do have delays from time to time due to COVID-19.
I fully appreciate driving 160 miles to install an alarm that hasn't arrived is both stressful and disheartning, for your Father but also for you. I understand we've offered a free second device, which hopefully will give you some added peace of mind going forward.
I'm happy to learn that the equipment is working well.
I'm very sorry and I can only hope that our service going forward will restore some faith in Careline24.
