Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service from Mo your Currys colleague. Mo discussed and clearly understood the options for my specific requirements for new /updated mobile contract and handset and later transferred data etc to new phone.Great service all round.

The salesman made it easy to Change over my partners sim card and her broadband and saved her a load of money.

Ive been with Curry's tech support since 2010 they were the the Geek Sqaud back then . I prefer the old moniker but the service is just as good as it was Beack then. The Agents really know their stuff and its alwsys a pleasure dealing with them. Phone gets answered after a couple of rings they are always very polite & friendly . And very knowledgeable
I highly recommend and would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

Easy and helpfull

I tried for 3 hours to chose a new tariff online via my account. It kept saying I needed to add my email which was already there (I'd used it to access the account!). I tried customer services and webchat both just sent me back online. The complaint line was answered by a man who didn't identify as working for ID mumbled and sounded like he was drugged in a carpark. Eventually I went to Curry's in York were Liam (who was excellent) helped me but it still took us 40 minutes as even their system had errors in it. Overall an awful experience.

The item was delivered rapidly

The assistant was absolutely marvellous, helping and explaining our new phones. Nothing was too much bother and he was such a nice young man. We did mention how good he was to his manager because he made us feel comfortable and sure we were getting exactly what we needed.

Staff really helpful and knowledgeable to help me replace my mobile. They found comparable options for me, transferred all consent to my new phone. Gave me all the time this needed and I was very reassured by their service.

My old phone data transferred to my new in about an hour.

Great help in sorting my contract but bad communication when phone was in store went there in person 3 days in a row and finally got it meant to be next day delivery 😩👍

The young man who served me was very helpful and professional. I believe his name was Naveen. Also Aaron helped in the set up of my phone as I am not very good when setting up a new phone. I have had several phones from Curry's and will always use them

I have used them for my phone contracts for almost 10 yrs now. They always point me in the right direction, with phone and cost. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. The staff are really nice and very knowledgeable.
