They were very professional and gave me a good deal for being a loyal customer

First off we didn't want to change the phone. It was working perfectly well. It simply wasn't updating any more. Manveer was very helpful talking us through the different phones available, finally settling for a samsung s26.
Manveer gave us excellent advice. Actually knowing he is there will make us go back for other things. Such a helpful and efficient young man.

We had a problem as an offer for a free tablet had expired 2 days prior to the purchase. This was resolved in minutes and we'll handled by the staff at Wrexham. Can't fault the customer service I received.

A very smooth cross over to new phone & no problems as of yet! Only query is not taking up front cost straight away & not being told when it’s being taken!!! Otherwise 💯

The lady who served me was outstanding, everyone in Currys Barnstaple was polite, friendly and attentive to me needs I felt assisted in every part of my visit outstanding service!

The staff at the store were great. Engaged with me straight away; polite and non judgemental when I didn't know correct jargon; went to find out information straight away, when they didn't know 100%, the answer to my question, just to check. Set everything up as I wanted it; explained sections again on policy etc when I didn't understand it, in simple language. All with genuine smiles. Agreed date for me to return to finish up what I wanted on my new phone. Again, all staff were brilliant, smiling and joking. Gave us the option to stay or pop out for time that they'd be sorting info transfer to new phone. Couldn't have wanted for better! 🙌🏼🥰. 12/07/96 & 14/07/26
