Really easy switch over to i.d mobile on the day specified with no loss of connection. Now have better signal and data coverage for a lower price.

Unable to get any viable assistance
Unable to get any viable assistance. Spent nearly two hours on the incredibly slow and utterly useless chat service and no further forward. Surprised at the recommendation that I should leave ID Mobile and move to a new provider if I wanted to keep the same number!

Are they going under? Their website is broken, zero customer service, live chat has disappeared. Very unprofessional company. Placed an order with them, received confirmation and then nothing. Time wasters. Avoid.

I'm no expert on mobile devices so when I smashed my old handset, I needed guidance to find the right replacement. Curry's staff are patient and knowledgeable. I was really happy with the outcome.

I bought the phone but it was sent to Norwich in error. I did not receive the phone until nine days later. The salesman was the only person I had confidence in. This deal actually cost me money
