Caseface 

2 weeks on, still no phone case and screen protector. My 12 year old daughter placed this order, consciously choosing what she thought was an Irish company. It is not. Irish buyers beware. They have an Irish address but it's likely a front or a storage unit. I have contacted the company 3 times over the last week and they have not replied. Just read through the reviews here and lots of 5 star reviews purportedly from Irish buyers but funnily enough all written with the same phrasing, over use of exclamation marks and strangest of all American English spelling. Even if these products do arrive my review will not change. To not respond to a query about a missing order will always be one star, zero if I could. Don't waste your time or money on this company, order elsewhere.

Took 2 weeks to arrive. I didn't even get a case just 4 glass protectors and the wrong size. Multiple emails and no answer. No response. Absolutely disgraceful. Cannot even call to get my money back.

I ordered a phone case from what I thought was an Irish company based in Dublin (Caseface.ie is their website and they give their address as Sandyford Dublin), so I expected the case to be despatched from there and to take no more than a few days to arrive.
It turns out that they appear to be a US company, the product was despatched from Germany and took six days to arrive.
In the meantime, there was no meaningful answer from their customer support people, just a generic automated message.
The case itself is fine – no issues with it, but I wouldn't order from them again as it's disingenuous of them to present as an Irish-based company working out of Dublin, when they're clearly not.

The 4 and 5-star reviews on here appear to be from US customers and so refer to CaseFace.com and not CaseFace.ie – a different proposition completely.

Do not buy from this company!!! They will take your money and you will not receive your order I placed an order for my son July 3 now it's July 14th no order received iv sent them emails with no reply lessoned learned!!!!!

case took 3 weeks to arrive and was the wrong size when it did.
No response to request to replace/refund after 2 weeks

Took a punt on them as I’d never heard of Caseface before. Glad I did. Fairly priced and mad good quality. Support Irish!

Do not buy from them - I received half the order. I have tried to contact them for a refund on the missing item but no response 3 weeks later.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! 7th day of waiting for any news, they have my money...the Dublin address is a mixed facility business premises which does not list this company, neither phone number worls (Britain and Ireland), no communication at all. Either it's a prankster in a garage somewhere or a scammer with a clever website. The Birmingham address is equally dodgy, so DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They were dissolved at Companies house in London back in 2021.

Ordered a phone cover/ screen protector & popsocket. Delivery didn't take too long but I never received the popsocket. I have sent them 2 emails regarding my order with no response

Irish website. 2-7 days estimated delivery. No word since order confirmation.
It's now day 10.

Delivery days 2-7 days for Ireland. It's been 11 and still no sign of it being delivered. Contacted them and never heard anything back. Extremely disappointed

Got notice two weeks ago item was shipped and nothing since. Apllied and instantly received a refund from PayPal.

100% this company doesn’t exist.
Do not buy from them.
No phone number should have been a red flag

Need to send the product back and can’t get a response from them despite numerous attempts. Very dissatisfied

Ordered a case. Had all the confirmation emails yet nothing has been delivered. Have emailed them 4 times and had no response. Luckily I paid via PayPal so refund is on its way.
This site seems dodgy. Not even sure it's real.

I don’t even think this company is real you pay and then nothing arrives. You can send as many emails as you want you will never get a response except an automated one blaming COVID for shipping delays.

Ordered item on the 04/02/2025. Item has not been delivered (today 24/02/2025). After numerous attempts to contact Case face, they have not replied. I have asked for a refund but they have not replied to that either.

Ordered a case on 13/01, still not received anything. No response to any support tickets or emails. Will not be using again.

Ordered a watch strap never arrived this is a SCAM avoid

Ordered a phone cover on the 1st of January, still have not received it on 13th of January. I have emailed twice with no reply. Don't buy from them.
