Caseface 

Ordered a case and screen protector 2 weeks ago from this apparent "Irish" company. I live in Ireland so expected delivery to be 2 to 3 days later. We're a small island!!!! However, as of today my order had yet to arrive. I have emailed numerous times for an update. With no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Just awful!!

My case arrived scratched all over. It is not a new product. I have been trying to contact the company by email (no phone number available) for two weeks to get a refund or replacement - no response. No return label and no invoice was enclosed in the parcel. I do not recommend the company for any business.

Ordered a phone case and screen protector. Received the case but the screen protector was missing. Emailed them twice about it but never got an answer...

Like many others, ordered the case a few weeks ago, it has never came. I am unable to track it and Caseface will not reply to my emails. Avoid Caseface unless you want to be scammed.

I placed an order for a case and screen protector 2 weeks ago I havent received either, ive contacted them twice now and ignored both times.

Avoid at all costs. Order phone cases and power cables back in the middle of October, no sign of them tried contacting them by email no response. Only ordered because they are supposed to be an Irish company. Down money now.

Case Face sent me a totally different item than the one I ordered. The case delivered was of very poor quality and definitely not worth the cost I paid. I have asked for a refund, and they have not respond to my emails. I have pointed out my rights to a refund under consumer rights regulations and I am still left waiting for a response.

Please do not buy from this site - they are eating your money.

Ordered a case. Told order was processed. Hasn't arrived. No response to my emails. Need to go buy another case. Bought because it was an irish company. Poor service.

Avoid! Ordered from what I thought was an Irish company and 3 weeks later still no phone case, money gone, no reply to my email queries. No phone number listed, deliberately I presume. Terrible.

We got 2 phone cases for both me and my brother mine fits perfect but the camera and flashlight hole are completly off centered they still work ok ish but it looks really bad

Product ordered. Has not arrived. Stuck at customs but can’t proceed due to the missing invoice. And the company does not respond. I think this is why most people do not receive their products. It is definitely a sketchy drop shipping site from China.

Do not order there!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered a phone case from them as I believed they were an Irish company and I wanted to opt for quality instead of spending £1 on temu. I paid for delivery and waited 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive. I received a completely different case from what I ordered and in a completely wrong colour. The case was shipped straight from China (temu). THIS IS A DROP SHIPPING COMPANY with ridiculous mark ups. They are scammers and this kind of business should be illegal.

I love the phone case itself and the fit is great. Unfortunately it did take a while to come so might not recommend for that reason. From the reviews I have read it is quite mixed. The price of the phone case is moderate but probably wouldn't buy from here again

Waiting 12 days for my case. This company don't seem to be based in Ireland. Save yourself the hassle and the money and order direct from China.

Needed a case for college cos my phone kept fallin off desks 😂. Got one from CaseFace and it’s savage. Cheap but feels solid.

Absolute scam , Not only did it not come from Ireland , the case I received is not the same one that I ordered online . A cheap crappy generic case came.
It took 3 weeks to come and the company says Sandyford Ireland but it is definitely a dropshipping company . I will be looking for a full refund .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a scam. I ordered a watch strap, it arrived in the wrong size. I have been in touch multiple times to get a replacement and had no reply whatsoever. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money.

Company is not based in Ireland, as suggested on their website, slow shipping, I ordered a screen protector along with the phone case which is missing from my order, the case itself is not worth the money, poor quality, would not recommend

Am still waiting on an order placed 11th august.

Have tried contacting company - nobody has replied yet.
