Caseface 

I never received my order, only the confirmation for it. Their own tracking tells me nothing but "completed", whatever that means. I never received confirmation that it's even been shipped.

Order placed on Sept 11., finally tried contacting them via email and through their website contact page on Oct 18. with no response whatsoever.

Ended up having to apply for a refund through PayPal today on Dec 2nd. On their website they say that orders take up to 10 business days, maybe longer depending on your location.

I rarely write reviews like this but I wanted to do so as a warning to others considering this service. Their website and practice looks very legitimate to the outside and I've received great products from much shadier sites before so I would have never expected to be stolen from like this.

They have nice cases but for personal reasons I sent mine back. I have emailed them 3 times but no respond whatsoever. I still have not got my refund back. I've been waiting for it for nearly 3 weeks.

I'm quite pleased with my new Caseface phone case! Mt iphone 13 pro cover arrived in three days after I ordered it. The fit is flawless and the quality is outstanding. When I need another case, I will most certainly use them again!

Can't fault these guys at all. Ordered late on Thursday and had my new case by Saturday morning. The quality is much better than what you'd get in high street shops and the price was spot. Already recommended to friends and family!

Bought a case for my daughter's new phone and she loves it! The protective features are brilliant and it looks really stylish too. Was worried about ordering online but the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Would recommend 100%

Being looking everywhere for a decent case for my Samsung S22 and finally found one here. Great selection to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. Customer service was helpful When I had a question about delivery. Top marks!

Terrible. It’s been one month since I placed my order. No update, no response to my emails, no tacking info, no delivery. I strongly advise you not use order from this company. Scam basically

12/11/24: At the time of writing this, I have received no confirmation or communication since 04/11/24. I have emailed multiple times for an update but hear nothing back. They are a scam company.

Ordered on the 20th October. Was told order was ready on the 29th and haven't received anything. I've emailed twice and received no reply.

Ordered phone case over two weeks ago have not received it, no way to phone them and will not answer e mails, will not use again

Dreadful customet service phone cover took 3 weeks to arrive .no reply to emails .
Quality of phone cover was so poor it was binned .

Ordered a cool graphic case and it arrived way quicker than expected. Packaging was neat, and the case fity my phone perfectly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I wish there were more color options for that design.
