Caseface 

Ordered a phone case and screen protector, neither item received. Messaged and emailed Caseface but got no response at all. Scam.

Product was never delivered. I have contacted them on numerous occasions requesting an update on delivery or a refund with no success. I have not had one reply. This is a SCAM. should be able to give no stars

I ordered a phone cover and screen protector but only the cover arrived.
I was charged for both and despite contacting the company twice I have heard nothing from them. Would not use this company again and can not recommend them to anyone.

Don’t usually do this sort of thing but since none of my emails or messages have been answered and my order never arrived, I unfortunately have to. Placed an order in early December, got an email to say order completed but never received it. I have emailed and messaged repeatedly with no reply. Safe to say this is some sort of scam or now a defunct operation. Really disappointing and frustrating. Do not order from them!

Well I've given them weeks but I can basically report the same problem as everyone else. Zero customer service. I've messaged online and sent 2 emails and just completely ignored. I got the case fine but the screen protector was the wrong size. I thought it was a simple mistake but they are clearly happy they have my money and arent gonna fix the mistake. Would strongly recommend not bothering with them.

Had an issue with my order but customer service sorted it out quick. Kudos to Caseface for being reliable.

I wouldn’t buy from these. Irish website and company address in Dublin but the stuff comes from Asia. Only received part of my order and they don’t respond to queries.

These Cases are fire! Unique and sturdy. Bought one for my new Huawei and it looks fantatsic. Will shop again.

Did not receive any confirmation on order and no communication when i emailed them. Waited 3 weeks and they sent the wrong case - cannot contact them to return as they do not respond to emails

Ordered a phone case and it took a long time to be delivered. I have contacted them both via their website and their email 4 or 5 times at this stage asking questions about their products and to find out how to return the case as there is nothing on their website to indicate how to do so. Very poor customer service.

Brilliant service and quality product. My case was exactly as promised. Would recommend to anyone looking to spice up their phone.

Eh, wasn't impressed with the shipping time but the case itself is lush. Fits my Samsung like a glove!

Ordered something in Oct/Nov. Never came. Multiple emails never answered. No contact. Had to initiate a charge back on the item from the bank. So much hassle.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Honestly, the best place for phone cases, I've bought 3 already for different phones. Top notch quality and unique designs.

Got a custom case for me Mum's... she LOVED it. Through delivery took a tad long, but worth the wait for sure.

I ordered phone case and screen protector on 2nd December. I am still waiting for my delivery. At first I thought that as usual deliveries take longer than my expectation so I waited. But it is taking way too long and they sent me an email on the 3rd december that my order is complete. I looked at the reviews recently and see that many people giving negative reviews about CaseFace.

I emailed them now and they automatically responded that they are receiving high volume of queries and will get back to me asap. If they dont respond to my emails then its 100% a scam, never again I will order from them!!!

OMG, the case I got is lit! Fits my phone perfectly and got some peroper cool comments from mates. Cheers, Caseface!

Absolutely AWFUL, quick to take money but won't send items or answer emails. Absolutely shocking. Stay away pure scam...

Terrible company! Placed an order over a week ago and still have not received my item have sent them two emails in regards to this and still have got not reply no dispatch email no tracking ect, no phone number to call in regards to this matter! Just take your money and not send the item, scammers!! Avoid avoid avoid

The company obviously are not trading but continue to take money for purchases and don’t send order confirmations, invoices or goods.
No phone number to contact them and numerous emails go unanswered.
