We bought 3 radiators from Castrads…
We bought 3 radiators from Castrads awhile ago and two of the valves have now rusted. Even though the website says they are guaranteed for 10 years apparently we bought them before this guarantee was instated (less than 10 years ago)
Castrads would not give us replacement valves but merely a discount on new ones.

I'm afraid we were unable to replace the valves free of charge as they were over 3 years out of guarantee. I hope the discount applied to the new valves went some way to lessen your frustration.

Excellent service
The website made it easy for me to choose the correct parts I needed because of the information, Bit expensive but then you pay for DPD delivery and I have never been let down by them so was worth the extra cost. Parts arrived within a couple of days and the quality was exceptional. I would use and will recommend Casrads in the future.

Game changer…
Not only is our custom radiator providing sensational heat to our master bedroom which was always cold, but it looks beautiful and original in our 1920. Had an amazing experience with Castrads from the initial ordering, delivery, and then when our HVAC team had installation questions. Cannot recommend highly enough and plan on working together for another project!
