Great experience - as always! I have found I can always rely on Castrads to provide me with excellent option for radiators for my property. Customer service is great and the 2 man delivery to the property was very useful. The delivery drivers were very attentive to check where I wanted these placed in the property, and also talked through all the additional accessories I had ordered. Additionally, following my order I requested some more information on how I could extend one of the radiators I ordered to include more sections, and the customer service team were very quick to reply and provide me with various options! Thanks again for a great service!

Fantastic, high quality customer service from Nathan at Castrads, Chelsea, who worked very hard to ensure my radiators matched my project requirements. He was friendly, professional and even offered a site visit to ensure they were right. As a result, the whole experience was excellent and my Castrads radiators are gorgeous! Highly recommmend.

I love my Castrad radiators. They are an elegant and beautiful touch to my home and fulfil their intended role perfectly. Working with Castrads customer service to find the right size of radiators for each room and gather the details needed for installation was a pleasure and the radiators were ready for delivery on the promised date (in fact one week before!). Altogether a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Castrad's to anyone looking for a refined, superbly crafted, traditional radiator for their home.
