Update - money was taken from my account when depositing but didn't reflect on my balance. Hopeful its an error but I'll have to wait and see.
They took money 5 times. FIVE! Now I'm having to do the tedious task of getting gambling commission involved 🙄thanks alot Casushi. If you fancy funds missing every so often- join this site.

Let me wager all of my own money part of the welcome bonus before locking me out to do the verification checks. I understand why, and I totally get it. Just wish they would have done it before allowing the deposit. Think it’s a bit cheeky when all my money has gone and only theirs left I could win with. Staff were helpful on live chat when document upload wouldn’t work

Withdrawal made last Saturday and still not received and it is now Thursday and was told to wait until Saturday.

It is now Saturday and I’ve now been told early next week so far it’s been 1 whole week since I made the withdrawal and still no one can tell me a time frame as to when I will receive my withdrawal absolutely appalling!!

Terrible withdrawal. Not received
Update - it has been 8 days since they claim my withdrawal was sent to me. They said there’s a delay and they apologise but PayPal have confirmed no money has been sent to me and is pending. They are refusing to ‘resend’ it by any other means.
Money that was sent to an e-wallet that should have been instant, still hasn’t been received 3 days later
