If I could give this company zero stars, I would I had ordered a dress for Halloween. This package was sent back to sender. I provided tracking numbers and proof that it was at the FedEx facility waiting for release from the manufacturer. I’ve been in contact with this company since November to get reimbursed for the dress. They have ignored my emails and do not want to reimburse me or do their diligence of where their product is. This company is awful. Do not buy anything from them.

Returning customer for a pair of pouch boxers and loose fit boxers. Took Kits advice and ordered a smaller loose fit pair than I previously ordered… perfect fit!

The chlorination is an added bonus as the clothing slips on with ease.

The finish, overall quality and customer service is excellent.

In addition to their brilliant designs, Kit and the Team at Catalyst Latex went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the fit of a two outfits. When I brought the issues to their attention, they immediately said “send it back and we’ll fix it” which they did promptly. Latex clothing is tricky when it comes to fit, and most other vendors I’ve ordered from are hesitant to address fit issues, even when they are too obvious to explain away by the usual ineffective response I’ve received to “pull it up more.” In my opinion, Catalyst Latex is the jewel of latex clothiers offering spectacular designs, colors and premium customer service at prices that are more than reasonable for the value.

Fabulous product! Very cool designs. The fabric is buttery soft and silky smooth. The team was very responsive and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to order more!

Catalyst creates very well-made, beautiful and comfortable clothing. In addition, they are perfectly wearable almost every day and attract compliments. For these and other reasons, Catalyst is by far one of my favorite latex clothing designers. Corinne.

I ordered some leggings recently and they turned out to be just a little too big in size
Contacted Kit at Catalyst for return instructions and from there all went smooth with the return and quick turn around with the smaller size
I live in Australia and this was no impediment to great service

Got a cute suspender belt from Catalyst Latex and everything went well. The Quality is super nice and delivery time was just a few weeks. Very happy and will come back.

Amazing creator for latex I got customise to my size sailor mars latex costume and loved it amazing great attention to details. Love her cosplay design and all latex design great quality. And decent price and very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend one best latex creator
