Waited seven weeks for some leggings for my wife (estimate was 4-6) but heard nothing. Emailed them and my order was miraculously ready the next day.

On arrival, they were no where near the size 12 ordered. By now, I was done and requested a full refund. They never refunded me for the P&P and aren’t responding to my emails.

So now I’m out of pocket because either they sent the wrong item or their sizing is way off.

Catalyst flagged this review as "containing harmful or illegal content" presumably in an attempt to have it removed. Make of that what you will.

Absolutely cannot believe how impeccable Catalyst customer service is. Very responsive, customer focussed and Kit just went above and beyond to offer me a next level experience after my previous dressmaker let me down at the *very* last minute. Once again Catalyst offered me OUTSTANDING good service.
I ordered some outfits earlier this summer, they produced them on the time they promised, and sent them, but because of brexit, and me living in the EU zone, they stranded at the import tax office for 25 days, i called the postal service, but they couldn't help me, and decided to return my package to England.
The staff at catalyst then sent them via UPS, and four days later i recieved my parcel.
They took care of the extra cost sending it, and the import tax.
I owe Kit and the rest of the catalyst staff a great THANK YOU, They were absolutely helpful, always replying my mails, and interested and very concerned about getting the parcel to me.

Beside that i have ordered from them several times, i have about 20 latex items from them in my wardrobe, some of them i have worn for years, at home or as streetwear, without any rips or tears, they are just super professional in what they do, a great craftsmansship, always good quality, if i could give them ten stars i would, they deserve it

I purchased the cutest nightie from them and it's my first time with chlorinated latex. I am so in love and it feels so amazing, I had to take a nap right then and there lol. As a bonus on me it fits so perfectly in size and length I can totally wear it as a date night dress and be absolutely adorable while doing it!! Totally plan on using this shop again

First of all, wow, great clothes, well made and fit oooh soo well, Catalyst could well be the home of latex rubber.
Secondly, what an amazing customer service, always very friendly, chatty and helpful.
I think its fair to say I have not finished shopping here, and i cant recommend more highly than that.

It`s take 2 and my Victorian night gown has arrived for the 2nd. time.
Unfortunately the first one had a 2inch hole in it possibly due to postal miss handling? but with the help of Gord it was replaced at no
charge S.A.P. inside the normal time required. The service was all and than more than you could ask.I love the gown the colour the feel and looks so good on.Would recommend Catalyst Latex to anyone they have a great range of product both in style and fashion.Also with chlorination it makes every thing so easy to get in and out of.Never had a chlorinated item before but I don`t think it will be my last.

TLDR - An amazing company who go the extra mile for customers

When buying latex from a reputable company, you know there could be long lead times as many of the pieces are custom made for that customer. The items i ordered for my partner arrived much quicker than i expected and were quite simply amazing. The quality of the seams are just outstanding.
Upon our excitement, we did however manage to damage one of the garments. I got in contact with the team who were more than happy to help out. I sent the garment off on a Thursday and received it back the following Tuesday fully repaired.
They didn't charge me for the repair even though the zip was replaced.
This outstanding service is rarely seen in modern times and I would definitely recommend Catalyst Latex to anyone looking for latex clothing

Ordered a waistcoat ( in what I thought would be plenty of time ) only to find by my surprise that my size would have to be made from scratch meaning a delivery time that didnt fit my needs. And this is the 5 ( more if would be allowed) within 30 minutes of my initial email the team were speaking to me and Gord once realised how important to me to have this for a special occasion organised his designer to work the weekend on it ( for less than the cost of a round at a bar) and promised delivery for a week later. True to his word the quality waistcoat arrived today Great work all Tony

I ordered 2 excellent fitting rubber/latex jeans, both XL (in blue and in pewter) - custom taylored with slim leg. I wear them combined with conventional outwear in public and in office. Comments from public say that both look great and fit perfect (no word on obnoxious appearance)
Communication was top. Immediate reply is allways confirmed.
1:1 com transfer with custom tailored adjustments No delay.
Packaging and Delivery as scheduled.
