Buyer Beware:
CCS deceptive pricing- charges MORE for complete boards with a “bundle discount” than if all items were purchased individually at full price. Customer service does not respond to repeated requests to resolve overcharges.
Do not buy complete boards at CCS or you will be overcharged. FTC claim has been filed.

Poor overcharged, no free return no timely credit

I spent 12 dollars on expedited shipping and it's been 6 days I wrote them telling them I want to be compensated for my order and still yet they are telling me if I don't receive it by Friday the 19th that they will refund my shipping but I said no to it cause it's been 2 days over the 4 days I paid for and ccs just keeps going back and forth with me about it

Ordered a deck with custom graphic!
They had already shipped it out before they told me the graphic violates there policy so now I’m receiving a BLANK deck with no grip tape either for 115$cdn then had to pay customs on it as well so turned out to be 150$ for a blank deck I coulda gotten for 65$.
Tried to contact them and through email 5 times still no feedback.

Order a cushion about 3weeks ago just received it great print on cushion yes I could not complain about this service and quality all the bad press the have there is a lot worse out there who take your money and you get nothing for it

Messed up my order, after 24 hours of processing notified me they dont have the main item of my order. Charged me the same for shipping and have sent my order without my confirmation.
Customer service is un professional and un helpful.
Never buy from CCS, def NOT recommended.

They literally scammed me!!! I ordered a custom board, they cancelled order for copyright reasons, but charged me $109 and denied that they did so. Horrible customer service, you can't even talk to a customer representative! The only way to contact them is via email and they dodged your questions and concerns and don't do anything by making excuses. I read the bad reviews and still gave them a chance but I was so wrong, they are literal scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrid and dismissive customer service. WILL NOT be buying from them again.

Return policy sucks!! They FLASH free shipping and returns. BEWARE...sale items CANNOT be returned. If they are, it's for store credit!! Way to work with your long time customers. Lost $165!!!!!!!!

I purchased a skateboard and helmet for my son. The helmet did not fit so I returned. Received notice that it was received, yet a month later I have not received my refund of $64.95 plus tax. I did some research and found that they (CCS) are notorious for this. Several reports were even left on the better Business Bureau website. This place is a SCAM!!! Buyer beware!!!

I orderd a vans hat in 15 april and after liying me for a whole month and a half that the order is on the way but there is delays due to pandemic it didnt arrivedat all and i was given without my premission a partial refund beacuse they say my adress was incorrect wich is a lie i payd with paypal and checked the adress in the websiteand it was correct . Me personally i order alot so here you go a fruad service and a website

I ordered some glasses during Covid. Do I expect shipping delays? Sure. Order processing delays? Sure. But the fact was that I got some shady **** email several hours after my order confirmation that my “payment method needed to be verify and I must call them ASAP” well not only did no one pick up the line when I called (oh but they can email me back!) but they never picked up once in the 4 day span I tried reaching them. The email chain with their customer service was completely useless with them avoiding to tell me the issue and reassuring that some fake guy named Michael will be reaching back out. Never heard from him or what the problem with the order was despite my card getting charged just fine. They reached out saying they never got my calls LOL and refunded my order. Do not order from this site if you don’t want to waste your time — joke and scam.

I ordered 125$ worth of gear from CCS 2 months ago and it's still not here, at this point i'm sure my money was stolen. I have seen a couple more people that were scammed by them exactly the way I got scammed. All of them are living outside of the US, like me, and we have nothing to do against them. They will take your money and never ship your gear, buy at your own risk.

On April 20, I placed a 4-item order with CCS because going through them is cheaper than going through the actual brand(s). Plus, they have a different, wider variety of items than brand websites. I got a confirmation email right away. On April 24, I received shipping information. My package arrived a day earlier than estimated, April 29. I don't have many complaints other than the fabric and texture of one of the shirts I ordered. I am not sure if that is a CCS issue or the company, but either way, the shirt is stiff and kind of uncomfortable.

CCS - “træningscenteret”, for svært overvægtige, handicappede og gamle mennesker. Det er hvad det er. Et slidt center med slidte ødelagte maskiner der kun går op i at tjene penge frem for reparationer, nye tiltag og de gamle mennesker. Hvis man vil træne før kl 12.30, skal man være opmærksom på larm og et fyldt træningscenter af gamle mennesker.
Ingen går op i at man træner rigtigt og laver sine øvelser ordenligt selvom det vrimler med “fysser”. Er man ung pige skal man være klar over at blive overbegloet af sleske gamle mænd.
Hvis man påpeger forbedringer, så bliver de ikke hørt.
Hvis man derimod mere har lyst til at være en del af en snakkeklub til overpris, så er det stedet for dig.

placed an order with CCS on Dec 13th, have not received the item I ordered and cannot get CCS to respond to my messages

I ordered almost $300 worth of clothes and decks from CCS and FedEx did not deliver it. It was sent back to CCS when you track it through FedEx. I contacted CCS and they told me they would issue a refund for the order since I never received my items. The refund I received was $12.99 for a $296 order. I e-mailed and asked for a receipt and an explanation and they never responded. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank and spend my time warning others to STAY AWAY FROM CCS!
