Rebecca was an excellent agent, advocated for us with the seller, and was very attentive and engaged. Although our offer was accepted just days before lockdown, Rebecca was VERY understanding and patient as we waited for our mortgage to be approved.

Rebecca is driven and emotionally intelligent, key characteristics to be a successful deal maker in the high end market.

As the owner of a Garden flat in Swiss Cottage under a letting agreement with Chancellors in Hampstead, I have had occasion over the past few years to use and to appreciate their excellent services. I would not hesitate to recommend their letting services under the management of Mr Matthew Jones, now replaced by Mr Miles Freeman and sales services under the management of Mr Oliver Lewis. I recently had a serious maintenance problem with the flat to deal with in the very short notice and under extreme pressure. I found their support totally reliable and highly professional.
