I have been with Chancellors for 6 years. I recently met Annie-May, at the Highgate branch. She found a Tenant straight away to move into my flat.

She is very professional, hands on and always available when you need her. Everything she does is followed up with an email so that we have a clear understanding and we are singing from the same hymn sheet.
Dealing with Annie.May has been a seamless transition. Thank you Annie-May you are an asset to Chancellors.

We had many problems with Chancellors as a company and Tosin at the Highgate branch was the only employee who was helpful and actually listened to us. She provided timely updates and was always friendly. She's an admirable member of the team.

You’re not supposed to trust or like your estate agents, those are the rules right? I’d engaged with several estate agents in an attempt to sell my one bed flat. It was a similar story of being told all the wonderful customer service I would be provided with before signing the contract, but once I did I was left with a Saturday person doing viewings who didn’t seem to take much interest in the key elements that would really sell my flat, communication was often poor and I’d be under pressure to drop the price after the first couple of weeks. So when I was introduced to the team at Chancellors, I was skeptical. Making the move to them was the best decision I could have made. Glen and the team were always passionate about my flat and made me feel as if they were genuinely invested in selling it and getting the right price for me. They were in communication at least weekly, but often more. They stayed with me supporting me until the day I handed the keys over. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’ve transformed the way I think about what estate agents can and should provide.

During August '21, I dealt with Annie May and Tosin Ere at Chancellors Highgate office. They showed my flat to a number of potential tenants and always followed-up with feedback from them. Neither Annie nor Tosin tried to compel me to agree to a particular offer but they did advise on the reasonableness of certain of the offers made. They were both also willing to liaise effectively with the eventual tenant to agree a mutually-acceptable rental figure and helped out with the closing of the agreement.

I appreciated the effort made by them both and would recommend them and Chancellors Highgate to prospective landlords.

Jonny Kuzak Manager, was outstanding in his approach in advising and guiding me through the sales process, he worked extremely hard, was clear and quick with all communication, Jonny thank you for all you have done.

I was struggling to sell my flat for ages, both with online and a number of conventional estate agents, with no luck, and in came Jonny to the rescue! In a matter of months he had found a buyer, and very professionally and amicably followed through the process to its happy completion. I cannot reccomend him enough as an estate agent.

As a professional landlord, I would like to comment on the individual that I dealt with at Chancellors Highgate office, who was both professional and attentive throughout the whole of the sales process. He offered sound advice and kept me updated on a regular weekly basis. I bought a flat from Jonny and found him to be very professional, responsive and he went out of his way to get the deal closed within a tight timeframe. He is a good communicator and ensures clients get a high level of service. I would recommend him and Chancellors to those seeking to sell or buy property.

Despicable gazumpers. Did all my paperwork speedily. Got my employer and other references. Paid money upfront and found out they went behind my back to find another offer. My offer was accepted 2 weeks’ ago but they declined half way through. After I had ordered furniture as well for it…
